I’ve got chronic back pain (I’ve had surgery for a ruptured disc, and also have mild scoliosis and early disc degeneration—lucky me!), and during a stretch session a year ago I tore a muscle in my right lower back. Despite exercise, physical therapy, and myofascial massage, the muscle has an incredibly stubborn knot that has persisted and has affected a bit of my daily life. My massage therapist suggested I should get a personal TENS unit to use between my visits to her, so I decided to try this one out.I love the portability and the fact I can adjust the settings via remote—super convenient. I do think it’s a bit odd that the remote can’t turn on the actual unit (you have to turn the unit on manually, then turn on the remote and begin using it), but I only use this at home so it’s a minor annoyance to me. I’ve been using it over the last 24 hours and I like it a lot! I’m incredibly eager to try out the different pad shapes/sizes that are shown in the user guide, I can’t wait until they’re back in stock. I’m also planning to buy some electrode gel to see if that has any positive effect or creates a deeper massage. Will update if anything goes wrong or if I have new recommendations!

pads don’t stick, no power, waste of money.I highly recommend that you don’t try to save money on medical equipment , especially because this one says in highlights in several places that it will not help and to consult a professional before use, what made me laugh for a minute is MY PARENTS ARE DOCTORS, my brother is a psychiatrist, and I am an engineer.Save your money

Works well, seems to offer some relief, Replqcement pads a little pricey but satisfied with purchase. Good at that price. What has impressed me most is the case that was provided for the device and parts. super, worthy of Tiffany's

I’m extremely happy I got this unit! This little thing is amazing. I have an old injuries in my lower back, neck and shoulder. It has helped so much plus when I get pinched nerves in my neck. This is done wonders. This is something everybody should have in their house if your legs hurt your back hurts, your neck hurts this machine will work and it works well very well. The remote is a very easy to use, I didn’t even need the instructions, it’s pretty straight forward. I never use the device at a full strength, it works really good on level 7 of intensity for my back. However I tried to use it on my glute muscles with a slightly higher intensity and I find it very helpful in my muscle toning. There are many different patterns to choose from. I like to use first and second ones the most. The adhesive is still going strong after many uses. There are 3 pads included and they will go a long way. I haven’t had the need to change it and it never fall off while in use. I’m very happy with this unit and I recommend it to anyone.
