I like these walking/leisure shoes; they look good, are nice & comfy & true to size.The wide fit are lovely & roomy in the toe box, something I have always struggled with in the past due to a foot problem.They seem to be made very well & look though they should last a long time. Although personally, I will be wearing these more for general leisure & possibly some light summer walking.The only thing I didn’t like was the 150cm laces, as they were far too long, so I bought some 110cm multi coloured brown & orange laces which were much better & complimented the shoe colour a lot better.Very satisfied, a good purchase.

Fitville Shoes Helped Me Conquer the Three Peaks!I recently completed the Three Peaks Challenge—Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon in under 24 hours—and I couldn’t have done it without my Fitville shoes.From the very first climb, these shoes impressed me. The grip on wet, uneven, and rocky terrain was outstanding. Scotland’s unpredictable weather didn’t stand a chance—my feet stayed dryish and supported through all conditions. Even during the steep descents, I never felt unstable or hesitant in my footing.What really stood out was the comfort over long distances. Across nearly 23 miles of hiking and over 3,000 meters of ascent, I didn’t experience a single blister or hot spot. The cushioning handled both the impact of rocky trails and long stretches of descent, which made a huge difference in my energy levels across the challenge. If only Fitville done knee braces.The breathability is another big plus. Even during the warmer sections of the hike, my feet didn’t overheat, and the shoes dried quickly between peaks.Fitville clearly put thought into durability and design. After this extreme test, they still look solid—minimal wear, no split seams, and the tread has held up brilliantly. I’ve had pricier boots fail me on lesser hikes, so I’m honestly amazed.If you're tackling serious trails or endurance challenges, I can wholeheartedly recommend Fitville shoes. These shoes are described as extra wide with a good non slip sole and being waterproof. They really are extra wide - I struggle to buy shoes at size 13 and wide enough and these really fit the bill. The sole is not especially "non slip" - don’t expect to have extra grip across wet or mossy stones but they are fine for narrow, rough forest tracks. Sadly, my pair are definitely not waterproof but wearing them with waterproof socks manages that. Overall, especially at their price point, they are very well sized and comfortable for forest and hill paths and they’re showing as very durable with no signs of scuffing or early wear. I’ll buy them again and recommend them for big, active, feet…..

Comfortable out of the box and certainly live up to the wide fit hype, loads of room in the toe, to the extent you need to lace carefully if your foot isn't going to slide forward when going downhill. BUT, very thin leather over the toe cap screaped through after only a couple of light scrapes against concrete standing up from a kneeling position.So great for fit, bad for longevity, regretfully won't buy again

First of all, I have to say that these are the most comfortable hiking shoes I have ever bought. I recently purchased a second pair to keep at the gym.They fit perfectly, are exceptionally comfortable, offer good protection, and initially are waterproof. However, having used these four or five times a week since I bought them, after three months I noticed that my feet were getting wet. It was my wife who examined them, and saw that the front on both shoes has just fallen apart. See the images.Make no mistake, these are really comfortable shoes. Had I reviewed them a month or so ago they would have got five stars without any problem. However, I do feel bound to point out that if you use them regularly, as I do, they do not seem to be built to last. I’ve started to wear the second pair now, and I will come back and review these if I have the same problem.If I have been unlucky with just this pair, I hope the manufacturers will review my comments, and I will be happy to send them back for examination.

My husband has had a very hard time finding shoes with a wide enough -- and high enough -- toe bed. He's finally found a pair of comfortable shoes and enjoys his morning walks. Highly recommend these shoes.
Schön und bequeme Schuhe
Diese Schuhe sind sehr bequem und passen angenehm. Als Diabetiker brauch man oft einfach Schuhe, die nicht drücken und breit genug sind. Aber die meisten Schuhe dieser Art sehen Altbacken aus und passen nicht so gut. Um so mehr freue ich mich, dass ich diese Sneakers/Turnschuhe/Sportschuhe gefunden habe. Sie sehen gut aus und sind bequem. Am besten finde ich, dass an der Ferse genug Stabilität ist und somit ein guter Halt beim Laufen entsteht. Auch die Luftfederung ist wunderbar, dadurch werden die Knie nicht so belastet. Meine Erfahrung ist sehr positiv und ich trage sie sehr gern. Preis Leistung ist hervorragend.
