Bought this to be able to use as a makeshift sling to sleep with my arm elevated as recommended after surgery. Worked very well until I woke up in the night and it had fallen on me. I had to find some weights to prop onto the bottom as any movement would make it fall over. Other than that, handy and compact for the back and easy to set up
