I was skeptical at first but I had an idea of some of the foods I was sensitive to and all were reflected on the test results. This only tests sensitivities and not allergies (meaning you could have low sensitivity to something you are allergic to) but the results booklet explains this. Good to know for gut health and worth the money.

I bought this for my daughter who had a range of food sensitive symptoms for years but didn't realise. Used this test and about 2 weeks after posting results were in and it sure was an eye opener and made complete sense. Hopefully now eliminating these items from her diet things will improve. I haven't included a photo as it is personal to her.

This is a scam everyone! I’m reporting them to a Trading Standards Officer for false advertising. The actual test they end up doing is some new age nonsense involving ‘bio resonance testing’. This service is very reasonably priced, simple to complete and promptly analysed and reported back. A Comprehensive Report is provided by e mail and in my case confirmed some suspicions I already had regarding food sensitivities. Report provides advice regarding diet and offers a contact line for any clarity required. Highly Recommended Service.

They say knowledge is power and when it comes to our health, this is certainly true. I had a recent health “episode” and wondered if food was the culprit. I searched for a test and there are lots to choose from. I chose this for the price as I wasn’t sure what I would get if anything, for my money.I got the box the next day. The instructions were simple. Scan the code and register your test. Pluck and then place some hairs in an envelope which need to be at least 3cm long, ideally with a follicle attached into an eneblope which is provided (no pubic hair). Keep the slip with your code on it and post it. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your sample is received and then a report follows after 3-5 days via e-mail.After a week I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail so I contacted Customer Support who were very helpful. At the same time, my confirmation e-mail was received and about 3 days later I got my report.It was a bit of an eye-opener as I was sensitive to so many of the foods I eat regularly! I also received a guide on how to adjust my diet. I have eliminated some of the foods and have noticed some changes.I would recommend this test for those who may be curious about their health and at the same time don’t want to spend £££s on a test.

The test is really ease to us value for money. The speed time of 7 days in total. I've only just received my results back. Looks like I'm going to have to change things I.e go glutes free no coke and a few other things. Lets hope my tummy goes down and stop feel rubbish

My son has struggled with eczema his whole life (he’s 2.5yrs), and this test gave us the piece of information we were missing! Got results very quickly and it was easy to send off the sample. Company was also super responsive to my questions. Great, inexpensive option for those who are still looking for answers in their healing journey

Worth it

I can understand some of the lower rating because it did take about a month to get the results. But it helped me find out that tomatoes of all things… were a serious trigger for my psoriasis and for that I think it deserves 5 stars. I also have always had stomach issues when eating raw fish and I learned that it also was a sensitivity from this test. I’m not sure if everything it says is 100% accurate but I had a great learning experience from this test.

SLOW + customer service

i really wanted this to go well. i sent in my sample and a little over 2 weeks later, hadn’t heard anything. i emailed customer service and was told my sample had made it but wasn’t in the lab yet but would make it there in a couple days and i’d receive a confirmation. another week goes by. i email again and am told my sample never made it to the facility at all and was lost in the mail so the first person i was emailing with lied to me. i was told to send in another sample. i did and they said it would be prioritized and i would be contacted when it arrived. 12 days pass. i reached out and was told the sample had arrived and would be sent to the lab in a couple days. however, i wasn’t contacted when it arrived like i was told i would be. will it actually make it to the lab this time? who knows. i started this whole process July 19th. it is September. this has been ridiculous. i do NOT recommend based on their customer service and slow turnaround. i wish i would’ve splurged and spent more on a kit for better service and a better turnaround.

Stomach issues my whole entire life

I have had stomach issues my whole entire life. I have never taken a food allergy test. I saw this test online and decided to go ahead and buy it. It can't hurt. The test results came back and to my surprise I had sensitivity to a lot of foods. I have completely changed my diet and eating better. I have not had any stomach issues and I am very thankful I took this test. Gluten, dairy products and corn were my issue. I took it out of my diet. I have lost 10lbs and I feel great. I have recommended this test to all my friends. I have several friends waiting on their results. Again I am thankful that I finally know what I can and cannot eat.
