I much prefer gummies to capsules, you don’t have to swallow them and these ones taste amazing.These gummies contain a really good mixture of ingredients, all of which are brilliant for helping anxiety.Ashwagandha which I first discovered over 4 years ago really helps to combat anxiety and panic.L-Theanine is good for helping with anxiety, depression and other mood-related disorders, insomnia and trouble sleeping, cognitive loss, dementia as well as Alzheimer’s disease.Rhodiola which helps to boost energy, it reduces anxiety, helps with depression and it is often used as an alternative to chemical meds to help ADHD as well.Vitamins B6 and B12, deficiencies of these can cause anxiety.I have been taking these for a few days now in place of my regular capsules and find them to be very good, they help stop panic attacks as well which is a must for me.You get 60 gummies that will last a month.

Only started them today, but can’t make out if the taste is nice. theyre an orange flavour but it doesn’t taste orange,Il persevere and hopefully they work.Been taking these a month and I don’t feel like they have worked my mood hasn’t really improved I’ll see if things progress over time

The product tastes ok and has a strong orange flavour. I didn't want to chew on them as they kept getting stuck in my teeth.I purchased these to help me go through a stressful time at work and to balance my mood. However, the product made me feel even worse emotionally and really tired. I was very depressed after taking these and I wish I had realised sooner. The day after I stopped I had a clear head and positive spring in my step.

I generally take my supplements in tablet form but they always taste... like (mostly foul smelling) tablets. I thought I would get my sweets at the same time instead!** Taste **Surprisingly, good! They basically taste like wine gums, if you've ever had those. Same texture and very similar in taste. Quite soft and not too tough to chew. No achey jaw.**Efficacy **Too soon to say. You get a month's supply and where I take other supplements (Including theanine) it's sometimes difficult to track what is doing what but as with any supplement, consistency in taking them over a period of time is where you see thr effect. To thar extent, at least these are actually pleasant to eat so it's a treat rather than something to remember.** Conclusion **Quite expensive for one months supply but it does take the chore of supplements and turns them into a treat so thumbs up to that. Time will tell if I start to feel more energised or calm or... anything but as part of a balanced diet these are definitely my favourite supplements.

Just makes me feel more spring in my step and more inclined to smile. Who would have thunk it? I have only been taking one a day and the improvement persists. So not bad value at all for the effects. Low mood is a vicious circle thing. And as this helps lift it then I can be more sociable, positive and active and life will improve in its own terms. I have never really recovered from lockdown isolation living alone and this is a boost to get me “out there “ more and to take life more lightly and engage with who and what I love.

This tube of mood support supplements is great. They taste delicious and are packed full of vitamins. I prefer to take my vitamins in gummy form as its easier to remember to take them as they are like sweets. As with all supplements they take time to work so I can't comment on effectiveness just yet but I'm feeling happy and haven't had any mood swings recently so that's a good sign.
