Applies easily and can't comment on the antifungal properties - you'll only find out after 3+ years.I bought this cheaper brand as I only had a small job to do. Then noticed that you cannot reseal it once open. Other brands have always had a threaded tip on the nozzle and cap so that you can try to make the pack last a bit longer for re-use. Luckily I have some spare resealable nozzles. A further trick is to put a small piece of cling film onto the main tube, then screw the nozzle over it.And when will companies get the genius idea of offering half-length tubes? This stuff cannot be good for land-fills.

Couldn’t for the life of me getting nice smooth grout line using this. Everything I use made this incredibly sticky and clumpy. However, I understand this could’ve been user error as I am not a sealant expert.

This is a bit more than silicone sealant. It's a very good adhesive, too, and has a strong grip. It's probably this that makes it difficult to use as a sealant. It takes a lot of pressure to get it out of the tube and trying to smooth it out I found very difficult. Once done to a reasonable finish it really does a superb job. It's dense and seems to repel just about anything.Maybe I used it in the wrong situation but I was fed up with silicone sealant that just didn't do the job for any length of time. This, I think, will!
