Great product once it actually areived

This has been the most disappointing purches i have made. Three months after we bought it, it stopped working. The robot does not turn on at all even though the battery is full. We have pressed the button multiple times but nothing happens. But even though the product was faulty the most infuriating thing is we tried to contact the company but got no answer. It was the biggest waste of money and the company is not reliable at all. I would not recommend anyone to buy this. It is terrible

I purchased an Aiper Seagull SE at the beginning of June, I used it approximately every 3 days to clean my pool, by the beginning of July (4 weeks after purchase), it stopped charging. I contacted Aiper and they said that the battery had failed and because I had bought the product from Bolo it was nothing to do with them - so they aren't doing anything for me.BEWARE: THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN THEIR PRODUCT FAILS AFTER 4 OR 5 WEEKS THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

Sadly after only three months of use this product has stopped working. At £365 it was not something I purchased thinking it would only last one summer. I brought it April last year and the seller is not responding, Bolo are advising me they will not refund the product and the sellers have removed themselves from the Bolo platform. Please do not buy this product if you are hoping to use it for more than one season.

Awful do not buy ours lasted just a few months and because we aren’t in the EU nothing would be done about mending it. Awful experience from start to finish!
Good maiden voyage

We have a treed yard so the bottom of our pool is bumpy from tree roots and it handled it just fine. It also didn't get stuck behind our stairs which was a concern. It lasted the full 90 minutes. Left some debris around the edges of the pool but all in all very good. For me to be able to vacuum it that well on waste I would have had to top up the water probably twice. Using this unit didn't waste any water. Just like the instruction manual stays, take the unit out of the pool slowly, some debris did fall back in the pool. We had deck construction going on so there was a lot of sawdust and it picked it up. Very happy with this product so far would recommend.

J’utilise ce robot depuis plus d’un an et je suis très satisfait de sa performance par rapport à son prix.Mon travail m’amène à utiliser des robots de piscines institutionnelles et pour cette raison, je suis capable de comparer son efficacité. C’est certain qu’un robot institutionnel de plusieurs milliers de dollars est beaucoup plus efficace, mais ce petit robot est parfait pour les petites piscines résidentielles telle que la nôtre, une piscine ronde de 21 pieds.Il est facile à manipuler, à nettoyer, à recharger et à ranger. Comme tout équipement en plastique, il faut juste faire attention pour ne pas l’échapper afin que son enveloppe s’endommage.La force d’aspiration est correcte, mais ne vous attendez pas à ce que ce robot nettoie une piscine remplie de feuilles, car son compartiment de filtration est petit. Si vous voulez un robot qui le fait, attendez vous à débourser plusieurs milliers de $

Great little robot but not good for slopes
This is a great little robot but it didn't work on my dipped pool - have about a 10 degree slope in my 24 round and this guy couldn't make it up the slope. Would have kept it but for that.
