Directions
1. Adjust the Velcro waistband to fit your baby securely. 2. If using for warmth, heat the gel pack in warm water or a microwave according to the manufacturer's instructions. 3. Insert the heated gel pack inside the Belly Hugger. 4. Apply the Belly Hugger to your baby's tummy, positioning the gel pack over the affected area. 5. If using for cold treatment, cool the gel pack in the freezer before inserting it into the Belly Hugger. 6. Monitor your baby during use and remove the Belly Hugger if your baby appears uncomfortable.

My LO has been struggling with colic and gas and I needed something to relief him. The huger is soft and made from breathable fabric. It is easy to wrap around the tummy and stays in place. The warmth and light compression soothe him when he has tummy troubles. I also like the fact that it can be used with microwave or hot water and very easy to use.Overall, it's a great value for money, and very effective.

As other have said, gel pouch exploded after two uses, which is a shame because we liked the concept and it did seem to help the first time we used it, so although effective and it did provide her some comfort it’s not good value for money at all as we’re now having to replace the gel insert in order to try get any more use out of it so all in all it’s ended up being quite an expensive buy considering we’re having to replace the gel pad with a better brand.

Worth its weight in gold
This has been incredibly helpful for us to have! First, it’s one of the only ones I could find that could be heated up with hot water and *not* in a microwave. Second, it is the perfect size for a baby and covers enough of their tummy, but also works well for kids. Third, the heating pack stays warm for a long time.

This is a wonderful product for a baby with colic or other tummy discomfort. I heat up the warming gel pack and place it in the pocket with the cute soft owl and wrap the strap around her to keep it close to her tummy. She quickly settles down and falls asleep in my arms and then I place her in her bed with it still warm against her tummy. I recommend this to parents and grandparents.Customer service is wonderful. I had a question and they responded very quickly.

Our daughter is now 9 months, but for her first 1-3 months she had terrible colic. This owl tummy hugger helped her eat, sleep, and be pain free for a good time.. we still have ours and would buy it again. Highly recommend.
