It's so hard to find a good quality vegan omega 3,6 9 that doesn't cost a fortune. I'd definitely recommend this one!

The Wellguard 3:6:9 Vegan Formula is excellent quality and is so much better than the Supermarket's own brand and including Holland and Barrett's own brand! I have also purchased Wellguard's Ultimate Glucosamine+ Vegan Formula and yet again, the quality surpassed the Supermarket's own brand. So overall, I am more than pleased with my purchases from Wellguard! 😊

A really handy way to get my essential omega oils!

My first time buying this item, previously I purchased the fish oils which had a after taste. I find these capsules easy to swallow and because they are vegan derived from natural plant sources I don't experience on consuming them the fishy aftertaste that I would get when taking the omega 3 fish oils. Quality seems good, would give 5 stars however I have just began taking them so its early days to tell whether they will improve my wellbeing.

I had been taking an Omega 3 supplement but when that ran out I decided to look for an Omega 3-6-9 to replace it. That wasn’t as easy as I’d expected, as all of the products I researched on Bolo used bovine gelatin in their capsule formulation and I am a pescatarian. When I found these I was so happy. The capsules have a mild odour of flaxseed but no discernible aftertaste so they are much nicer to take than my previous supplement which was fish-oil based. The capsules are no larger than other omega supplements I have taken and are easy enough to swallow. These supplements really are excellent value for money and I will certainly purchase more when my current jar runs out. As with any supplement, it’s difficult to know whether it’s making a significant difference to my health, but I will keep taking it as I believe that it’s worth it.

I don't eat meat, eggs or fish, so I started to supplement with these.It may be a coincidence but my focus and concentration have been massively improved since I started taking these and niacinamide.I'll probably keep taking these on a long term basis due to my diet.
