My autistic son suffers with bowel issues, he often gets constipated & has overflow then with medication goes the opposite and has loose bowels so he often has bad nappy rash. This week however it was so bad he could barely walk & he was in so much pain during nappy changes I went to the doctors in tears. They gave me steroid cream however this made no difference nor did the other 4 popular supermarket creams I tried. I got this delivered yesterday after reading the reviews in a desperate attempt to clear the rash up and by 24hrs the rash has completely gone away!! I’m mind blown!! 100% recommend it has been an absolute life saver for me & my son it is hard to believe the pain and suffering he was enduring just only 2 days ago to now this! Thank you so much best thing I have ever bought!!

Great replacement for the old yellow metanium which has been discontinued. New born (3 weeks old) had some really bad nappy wash and after trying bepanthen, the new sudocreme nappy rash treatment and the metanium barrier treatment we were stuck and thought we would try drapolene... Well what a great cream - nappy rash completely cleared up after 2 days of applying after every nappy change and we now apply this on every nappy change to stop nappy rash in its tracks. 100% reccomend.

This may be great for baby's nappy rash, but it doesn't work for adult urinary dermatitis, have been using this several times a day for 2 weeks now but there has been no improvement, also it is very greasy [although it states not] and as somebody said there are no anaesthetic properties to it. So back to the sudocrem for me!
