I liked the honey but one was completely smashed and one was badly chipped so I've only got two out of four which were supposed to be gifts

This honey is lovely and excellent value. It is runny and has a smooth texture. The reason I have not given 5 stars is because on two occasions a jar of honey has leaked all over the other 3 jars. Opon inspection it appears that the lids were loose. I don't know if it occurred at the packaging stage, at the Bolo depot or during transport. We have received a refund, thank you but I'd rather it was sorted out. I don't want to keep asking for refunds.

This product used to be great in the hexagonal glass jars.The new round jars have never been delivered in good condition, honey absolutely everywhere as the lids seem to come off.I had this on subscription but I'm cancelling as I pay for 4 not 3 jars and this has happened in my last 3 deliveries.Round jars were a poor idea.Disappointing..

Ordered 4 jars when they came 2 of the jars was broken honey was everywhere ended up throwing them all away couldn't risk as its for my granddaughter
