This gives you a very deep tissue massage. If you're looking for a gentle touch, move along - this machine means business!Having said that, it's wonderful for treating tight muscles as the rollers spin and 'slightly' pinch. It changes direction every couple of minutes and stops after 15 minutes of use. You can start it again but need to be careful to not over do it.It is heavy though and if it's used on the top of the neck, it can be a little uncomfortable. The controls are on one of the side panels and can be tricky to access when the strap is in place.

This massager is smaller than I expected but dies a good job of massaging my neck shoulders and upper back. It's very relaxing and eases the pain in my old worn muscles and bones.

Purchased 12/10/2024 and now only red light on and does nothing. Motor not working. Not even used every day, has not even lasted 6 months or 53 hours. This is based on the item instructions which say only use for 15 minutes a day (the unit has an inbuilt timer which stops the motors after the 15 minutes) Not worth the money. Contacted Bolo customer services who said that I would need to contact supplier but NO UK return address or phone number.
