It is a brilliant controller! I does work with Switch as advertised. I did not expect, however, for it to be fully working with other devices. Our son uses it to play the Rocket League on PC. But you will need a lead to keep the controller plugged in while you are playing. We also discovered, that it can be used on Raspberry Pi as a Bluetooth device. I think it is a fantastic buy for the price it is. The light up colours are very striking. it charges up very quickly too. Naturally, the more you use it, the more it starts drifting off.

I adore this controller and I'm miserable that I have to send it back. It's great: feels robust in the hand, all of the switches and buttons feel good, no dead zones on the joysticks, and - best of all - it looks AMAZING.Trouble is, despite saying it's compatible with all the other platforms in the listing, that's only true up to a point. You can only remap the buttons if you have a Nintendo device, which means that if you use it as an Xbox, Windows, PS or Android controller, the A/B and X/Y buttons are the opposite way around to what you'd expect on those platforms (i.e. corresponding to the labels on the buttons). That's not exactly a flaw in the product - that's how Switch controllers work - but I had mistakenly expected that with the compatibility claims there would be functionality to alter the button mappings and there isn't.This makes me very sad, as I can't remember ever having been so delighted at how a controller looks! The search continues... boo.

Bought these in addition to the joy con controllers that came with the device. These chargers last a decent amount of time between charges, have the same functionality as the joy cons when playing Mario kart (I.e you can tilt the controllers to steer). You can change the light colours and vibration sensitivity. Good value for money.

If you like controllers that light up with cool lightning RGB designs, then this is the controller for you. It is almost the exact same dimensions and quality plastic of the Pro Controller - you can barely tell them apart if you place them next to each other. The lighting effect is very, very cool and it is super easy to connect to the Switch - just attach with USB, then go to Grip order in the Switch's control menu and hold down the left and right shoulder buttons. This is a fantastic controller and the only reason you might want to buy a different one is if you don't like RGB lighting.
