I was a little hesitant because of the price but after years trying to keep the horrors at bay I gave it a go. Managed to treat me and both my girls last September one child still had one in her hair, combed it out. Since then we have not had any visitors it has been such a relief. This has been the longest period of time since my eldest started primary a very long time ago. It is definitely worth its price it was really easy to use once I worked out what each bottle was!

This is a complete suite of treatment for parents trying to deal with head lice for their kids, especially first-timers. It can be scary at first if you learned that your kid has got head lice, and the tiny pests do look very gross.The price is a bit steep but seems that the regular drug stores are selling the same product at least 5 quid more than Bolo, and there are actually 3 products in this package.So I would have recommended this for first-timer parents, with the caveat that some patience and understanding of science needs to be in place for this to work out.The product description here can be a bit confusing and may not make sense, such as using the shampoo first, followed by the hair spray and then finally anti-lice treatment.From the included product usage guide, the procedure (which makes more sense) is to use the treatment first, then the shampoo. The hair spray would obviously be the last. All application needs to be applied on dry hair, which means after using the treatment (which takes 15mins), you got to wait for the hair to dry out, DO NOT APPLY water, but use the shampoo next, before finally rinsing. The product cannot penetrate hair if it is wet.The hair spray is for preventive measure, in case of future infection again, especially during times when the school sends you a notification alert of known head lice infection.The treatment solution is 100ml, shampoo 200ml and hairspray is 150ml, should last for 1-3 treatments depending on amount of hair.Always good to have one of these handy, unless you've got no more schooling kids.

I have a child in primary school, so unfortunately this will be probably be put to use at some point soon!The kit itself is very nice, the packaging is discreet and looks premium, you wouldn't think 'head lice kit' straight away when you see it. You get 3 very good size products in the set, and they seem easy to use.You apply the anti lice treatment first to dry hair, leave it for 15 minutes, and then use the shampoo straight away, no rinsing first. The instructions are a little vague when it comes to the hair spray, but I assume you apply it to the hair once everything is rinsed out, just as an extra preventative measure.The products have quite a strong tea tree smell, but it's not horrible or chemical.I will update my review once I have used it, but so far I think it's a good set. It's a little bit expensive, but if it does the job well and gets rid of head lice, then it will be worth it!

Had this for a while keeping it on hold till that dreaded day arrived.. which it did!My daughter got lice, so I grabbed this and got to work. The instructions were simple to follow, putting it on in stages and washing out as directed. She had the spray in after to kill the remaining and it seemingly worked!Checked the hair a day later to find no more lice, it killed what was there and got rid of them, so I say this is a major success!No level of discomfort on the scalp either, it was nice on the skin and was easy to tolerate, so no problems in the slightest. I didn't even need to comb through which she would not have allowed so I am so thankful for this and will keep another set on standby just Incase!

I do like this as it doesn't have the horrible overpowering scent normal ones do but this is a great more natural option for the kids and myself, the infant school has had an outbreak lately and I'm happy to say my 2 have been clear the whole time as I have been using this product on them so I can confidently say it's doing what it should, seems to be a great deterrent, I think it is a cost effective set from what you get considering the cost of the normal chemical products out there most will use, highly recommend

The smell is wat I can only describe as stagnant pond water. Product seems to work but if I'm honest iv used it once as a set as Cant rock up to my office smelling like iv been living in a canal'

I ordered this as my grandchild has just started school and she likes to cuddle so it seemed inevitable that. she will come home with nits at sometime. I like the fact that this pack has a preventative spray so a quick spray on her hair will hopefully prevent her from bringing them home.The tea tree smell is strong but I use tea tree a lot and really like the smell.Hopefully the spray will mean that I never. have to use the treatment but only time will tell.This set is pricey but I like the fact that this is a natural product, no harsh chemicals and safe to use on a young child.

Schwierigkeiten beim Auswaschen
Wir haben das Produkt nach einer erfolgreichen Lausbehandlung vorbeugend eingesetzt. Leider ließ sich das Öl bei meinem Sohn nur schwer auswaschen, deshalb werden wir es nicht weiter verwenden.Wir mussten seine Haare viermal shampoonieren und am nächsten Tag noch dreimal, damit sie nicht mehr ölig aussehen.
