That was pretty frustrating, especially since it’s listed as a UK product.That aside, the trimmer itself works well. The blades are sharp, and it’s good for beard trimming and light haircuts. It’s also lightweight and easy to handle, making it great for travel.✔ Pros:✅ Versatile – Works for beards, hair, and precision trimming✅ Sharp blades – No pulling or snagging✅ Compact and easy to use✖ Cons:❌ Comes with an EU plug, not a UK one – You’ll need an adapter❌ Battery takes a while to charge❌ Not the most powerful motor – Struggles with thicker hairIt’s a decent trimmer, but the plug issue is annoying. Very good trimmer and gives a clean, even cut. However, I’ve noticed the guard sizes seem shorter than expected. The No. 3 felt more like a No. 2, and the No. 2 more like a 1 compared to other trimmers I’ve used. Unfortunately, I didn’t test first and went straight in on my husband’s hair… he ended up with a lot less than planned!Lesson learned—definitely do a quick test first. Otherwise, a solid product.
