Got this for my husband who is a Type 1 diabetic. He's had a similar bag before which is now falling apart! It comes with 3 cooler packs which have special gel in which cools up quickly in the fridge and keeps everything in the bag cool. To be honest, he doesn't use the cool packs on a daily basis as he only keeps on insulin cartridge in the pen and this is okay out of the fridge for the time he needs it. It is however useful if he is going to be travelling and taking more cartridges with him, to keep these fridge cool. He uses the case on a daily basis to store his blood meter, testing strips, insulin pen and a can of coke and it fits all of this in it. Good quality, dark blue on the outside with an insulated lining. Great if you have medication which needs to be kept cold.

This is such a great solution to a problem we have. We don't use insulin but we do need to carry temperature controlled liquid medication and hydrocortisone as a made up injection. We've always had problems transporting these items before and found it hard to not over cool or over heat items as we travel.I'd advise doing a little trial run before you use to make sure you get the temperature how you want. There are different places you can put the ice packs that will change the chilling. There is an integrated temperature gauge so you can see at a glance what the temperature is.I did find the instructions a little confusing. I put the packs in the freezer rather than the refrigerator to get them cool enough to use.The ice packs are ideal to numb the injection site a little before you actually do the injection.It's super portable and light weight and I'd recommend to anyone who needs to transport medication that has to be temperature controlled.

I have many family members with Type 1 Diabetes and they always have the challenge of keeping their insulin cold while travelling. This product is essential for anyone who needs to use insulin and keep it cold. The quality of the product is outstanding, itβs waterproof, insulated, has small ice packs and lots of pockets included and is a good size that can hold insulin pens and/or vials. It feels strong and has everything you need to keep your medication safe and the correct temperature. This product is very good value for money considering how important it is for travelling with Type 1 Diabetes. I have lived with T1D for over 20 years and I have never seen such a well designed product to help with one of many issues with keeping insulin cold and safe. This product has given me complete piece of mind now when carrying insulin.

Review for: Sinocare Insulin Cooler Travel Case, with 3 Reusable Ice Packs, Medical Ice Pack, Insulin Refrigeration Pack, Portable Medication Carrying Cooler Case, BlueGreat case, larger than I thought it would be, hoping this is going to keep my insulin cooler than the slim line one I am using at the moment, as I am out and about all day in the sun in my Van I have been finding it hard to keep medication cool and have had to double bag it, so hopefully this will alleviate that problem as this holds 3 ice packs. So far so good, but the weather hasn't been as hot as it has been for the ultimate test.
