This was so easy to swap over and I now have a new key fob. Brilliant!

I've had my Rav4 for a few years now and found myself faced with yet another broken key fob, the key design puts a lot of stress on the plastic and this is the third time I've had to replace it (I know I'm not alone because one of the two that came with the car was broken). Usually this means buying a blank and getting it cut at the locksmiths but this replacement is just the plastic, the brass blade from your old key is reused and held in place with a sleeve and a screw, this is much easier but amazingly also feels much stronger, the sleeve spreads the load and the screw is longer than the standard one. Absolutely fantastic solution to the problem!

The switches aren't the right size as the original ones,but they do work.I had to make it work soldering it on the PCB.

The product is really very poor quality. I fitted my key and in just one day the cap is broken. I was struck mid way in the road. I wasted my voucher amount on this poor quality product. Will not recommend to buy. Would never rate 1 star to this.
