I would have preferred if it had the mother in it sure but for the price wow. I actually bought raw AVC and take 2 tablespoons diluted in water in the morning & then take 2 of these at night. I bought probiotics so sometimes I only take 1 capsule of ACV or reduce my probiotic capsules to 1. Probiotics is great for leaky gut. I also take ACV before and after a meal. You really can’t over do it. I do recommend the raw stuff to. I tried it once and was like never again. Nope never again. Then 2 days later I braved it and downed it really quick again with water but less that time and it worked for me. So not only will these capsules last me a little bit longer especially when I’m intermittent fasting or prolonged fasting but I’m getting the benefits from the raw and the benefits of what’s in the capsule. I really would try these again. Although I have my eye on another brand but with different complex in it. However if I don’t like it this will be my go to. I love this company I really do. I think my probiotics are also from them as well.So have I lost weight. Well you know my diet (if you want to know more you have to check out Dr Jason Fung & Dr Eric Berg on YouTube) but the answer is yes I have. 44lbs. It’s been 8-9 weeks (I lost most of it in the first 5 weeks) it was my birthday month I ate like a pig for about 2 weeks but kept up with the supplements and ACV etc. I had takeouts crisps soda you name it (what a girl only turns 37 once lol) then the next 2 weeks I did IF no prolonged fasting just my 20-4 IF. I was so scared to go on that scales (I don’t weigh myself at home I know I’d give up so I get weighed each month when I’m at an appointment) well to my shock and horror I thought I would gain a couple of lbs but in fact I was the exact same weight. I think this was due to the ACV. This month tho I’ve done 3 day fasts and 6 day fasts along with one meal a day in between prolonged fasts & only 2 takeaways this month so I’m hoping I do a nice recovery & lose a couple of lbs. anything more I will be happy. I might even update this review.If your considering this diet please do the research don’t just jump in. If your type 1 diabetes it’s a no go. Type 2 well it can make you go into remission fasting can do lots of good stuff. Take it from me ive been fat all my life except when I got seriously ill and went to 7st you could say that was a prolonged fast 4 months I couldn’t eat anything I was 14st so I know fasting does work lol. Ive tried everything tho & didn’t think about my time being ill in hospital until I read about this fasting and it clicked that’s why I lost weight so fast as I couldn’t keep food down when I was in hospital for 4 months. It was serious. Now I’m thinking did that save my life the fact my body rejected food? Hmm. So my thoughts was omg how am I meant to do this but you know what it’s quite easy & I came to that point in my life where I don’t even leave the house I was that self conscious of my weight so I was willing to try anything. After 3 days in I was great and glucamonnan saved my soul which you can get for cheap on here. I’ve reviewed it as well. Always wean yourself in, no matter if you do this diet or any diet then kick it up a notch little by little you’ll get the results. Surprise your body if you stick to a regimen your body will get used to it.However back to the product I’ve nothing but nice things to say about it. If your taking it for weight loss it’s not a cure all but it’s a good slimming aid to have as long as ur putting the work in. No matter which diet your doing. Oh and my heartburn has completely gone. Wow.

Ordered these as part of a weight loss plan along with a controlled diet.They are big and chunky with a not unpleasant smell of vinegar but still effectively tasteless and no after release. Can be tricky to swallow so check if suits you.Can't reliably say they made any difference to weight loss but understand they are good for gut health.Big bag and OK value.

I tend to bloat really badly, whether I've eaten anything or not and a friend recommended I try these after complaining about how awful apple cider vinager shot was! I didn't have massively high hopes as I have tried all sorts and nothing has really made much difference but I've only been using these for a few weeks and already noticed a big decrease in my bloating! the capsules are easy to swallow and are far easier then attempting drinking actual apple cider vinegar. I would definitely recommend!
