This mix is perfect for me , and does seem to make a difference.

i have been trying to get a decent high dose mineral supp and this is close and i know its real as i broke open the capsules and tasted it and it dissovles in water.as to how well it it is absobed only time will tell.my only gripe is they are very expensive and i f i am not getting some benifts i am not going to fork out £32.00 a mounth.so watch this space.

Trace Minerals Complex (Maximum Dose in UK) 3 Month Supply - £29.99One a day, 90 capsules, 3 months supply for a tenner. Appears to be a solid brand and a reasonable price for the quality involved.How much of a difference they're going to make is very personal and probably diet dependant.If you are low, they'll help things, if you're fine then they won't....and to be honest £30 for 3 months is a pretty good to check!

I sometimes don’t get along with stuff like this but this product seems to suit me well. I’ve had more energy since I’ve been taking these capsules and feel more cheerful. 🤷♀️.

The UK manufacture is reassuring.It's impossible to assess a food supplement's efficacy after only a few day's usage, but I'll update the feedback if and when relevant.
