Please to have found this combination as I used to take zinc on its own, but needed to introduce copper and this saves taking 2 separate supplements. It quite a large capsule but if taking alone is fine.

GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. Don’t bother with any other zinc supplement. I highway recommend this. Just make sure to take a copper supplement as well, since you need it if you’re taking this dose of zinc. Look it up.10/10 great quality

Amazing combo for allergies and skin care
Such an amazing product! I had the worst allergies last year and upon months of research realized I likely had a copper deficiency so purchased and within weeks my allergies finally subsided. I highly recommend this winning combination and that you take in the morning with breakfast and then your calcium/magnesium type supplements in the evening as they can't all absorb together so one would be wasted. Good stuff. Need to reorder.
Good supplement but would be better if the B6 was P5P, not a big deal though
I’d take off half a star only because of the pyridoxine but I can’t so I’ll leave it at 5 stars. P5P form of B6 is superior and would make this supplement better. I already take 10mg P5P from a B100 complex but the doses are low so I’m not afraid of the pyridoxine inhibiting P5P dependent enzymes but still P5P would always be the preferred. My fault for not checking the B6 form before buying but look at those beads though 😍 Art
