Bought these for my son earlier in the year as he is such a disruptive sleeper, always talking in his sleep, thrashing about, waking up, and even sleep walking.Did some research and found that Magnesium Bisglycinate is meant to help, so thought we would give them a try.It's been about 6 months, with him taking one a day, and we have seen a real difference!There are odd occasions where he has a very active dream which causes him to talk or call out, and he wakes in the night every now and then, but it is few and far between. Most nights are quiet and peaceful, and he seems to be less tired as a result. It's had such a good effect on him that we have started hubby and daughter on the aswell.

I have been giving my mother 3 caps at lunch and her bp drops from an average of 160/80 to an average of 135/65 and remains stable.She takes blood pressure meds in the morning and evening but they don’t seem to help. Docs even added an afternoon dose but her bp was always high.This magnesium has been truly remarkable in lowering her blood pressure + as she is vegetarian she is low on magnesium too so a great way to i crease her levels.
