These drops are even better than what I got from a previous company.The Vitamin D is in olive and MCT oil, and as Vitamin D is fat soluble, the oils help, Vitamin D needs to be taken with a source of fat.I take these drops because of the vitamin K2 included, because Vitamin K2 works together with Vitamin D3 to absorb it.The Vitamin K2 included in these drops is the MK-7, the best form of Vitamin K2.Most people in the UK are Vitamin D deficient, (just as most people are magnesium deficient) even more so those with darker skin tones.It seems to have helped with joint pain that I had, the pain is still there, but it has reduced. It's not anything else, the other supplements I'm taking, I've taken for over a year, but then stupidly I stopped taking Vitamin D3 and K2 for a few months, and noticed the difference.I also feel generally better since I've been taking these drops.The drops from this company, are far better than other companies, they've put an effort into producing a superior products, with all the right steps.The drops are more or less tasteless-they are so worth it!

Grâce à ces gouttes, mon niveau de vitamine D reste très convenable. J’ai plus de 80 ans. Les personnes de mon âge ne synthétisent plus les rayons du soleil. Je consomme deux portions de poissons gras par semaine , une gélule d’oméga 3 ( huile de poisson) et 5 gouttes ( = 5000 UI ) de vitamine D3 par jour.Selon les experts, il est important d’associer la vitamine D3 à la vitamine K2 afin que le calcium se fixe plus dans les os que dans les artères.Grâce à ce régime le taux de vitamine D sanguin reste stable et au-dessus de la moyenne.

Ho acquistato questo integratore di vitamina d3 e K2 della Vita maze proprio perché volevo provare la formula in gocceI precedenti integratori da me acquistati in compresse non avevano sorbito un grande effetto mi era salita da 25 a 26 la vitamina d3, quindi sempre comunque bassa quindi ho voluto acquistare la formulazione in gocce e adesso vediamo come va poi più avanti di farò un ulteriore recensione sui risultati raggiunti.L'unica cosa che devo dire che non mi è piaciuta è che tutta la spiegazione che esclusivamentesi trova sulla boccetta che mi è arrivata dentro una plastica senza scatola.La spiegazione sulla boccetta tra l altro è scritta tutta in tedesco, quindi diciamo questo è un appunto, perché se si vende un prodotto in Italia sarebbe bene scrivere la spiegazione di come si prende eccetera in italiano.Io ho letto le recensioni positive e quindi mi sono basata su questo e l'ho acquistata. Il prezzo è ottimo.💯Poi più avanti mi riservo di dare ulteriore così aggiornamenti su come è andata se è più efficace degli integratori precedentemente presi.🙂
