I’ve had numerous coffee machines from pod machines to bean to cup machines but getting your coffee just the way you want it was a faf with these . So treated myself to this sieman machine . What a game changer. It’s so easy to set up and use . From coffee quality to build quality it’s great and looks great with its stainless steel look . They say it’s quiet it’s not but it’s quieter than most on the market . Cleaning is simple as it rinses itself , just empty the drip tray regularly, give the brewer a rinse once a week and just follow the machines instructions on a brilliant touch screen. As I said I treated myself cos it’s quite expensive but you pay for what you get and you get a quality coffee machine

Stunning design with a very nice display screen. The initial set up is quite long and complicated, it is more like setting up a computer than a coffee machine. Once it is all set up it is easy to use and adjust strength, temperature and milk content. The milk container isn't the easiest to clean and I would advise against leaving milk in it overnight. I would definitely recommend as it makes a top quality coffee

Gone are the days of instant coffee. Great choice of strong, espresso milky/ frothy coffees. Also the option of adding more coffees. Easy to clean. Great water tank. Milk brother gives you a nice moustache:)). The smell of fresh ground coffee is like heaven. Profiles so you can just choose which you fancy to that person. We are big coffee drinkers.. couldn't be without it after 4 days :))

Not impressed with this product. £1600 is a huge amount to be charged for a machine that could only make lukewarm drinks.

Great to use, with an easy WiFi set up - once set router to 2.4hz - that could have been made clearer in the instructions.Goos selection and control of coffee types.But. There are a couple of annoyances (for me).1/ Constantly wants to run through a cleaning of the coffee nozzles, on start-up and on WiFi demand - it means that if you were to put a cup in place at night, and in the morning, you asked Alexa to make a coffee, it’s going to be diluted quite a bit by the wake-up rinse. Can’t find a way to switch it off.2/ It would have been nice to have been able to remove the beans from the hopper in some way to try a different type, you have to use what’s in the hopper before you can refil with another.Otherwise, quite happy with it.

I needed to replace my very old coffee machine, but loved the coffee it made. So I was tempted to buy the same again. This machine is so expensive, I couldn’t imagine it being worth it. Anyway I’m a moment of madness I ordered it. I’m so pleased I did, this machine is fantastic. It is fully automatic and makes a great variety of styles of coffee to suit everyone’s taste. Yep, it’s crazy expensive but it’s worth it.

The media could not be loaded. Short summary of the review: this is an excellent coffee machine that does everything for you. It’s super convenient and the linked app makes it even better. Coffees are completed within about 1.5-2 minutes which is super quick. Fiddly set up, but super easy to use once it’s all done. Knocked off a star due to it not really being that quiet, and even at the highest brewing temperature the coffee isn’t super hot.-So I’ll start right from the beginning - this comes in a large box and is decently heavy to lift (I am a 25 yo woman with little to no lifting strength). Once you take its inner box out, the coffee machine is relatively easy to take out and lift onto the worktop - I managed to do this by myself. Inside you have the coffee machine and a smaller box with instructions and water filter. The instruction manual could be written a bit better I think. It has a 33-step set-up to begin with which is just pictures and no additional text. I had to have my partner help me! Set-up consists of opening parts of the machine, taking stickers off, washing parts and then putting it all back together. Another important part is testing your water with the strip provided to see how hard your water is, and the pH. You then configure your water filter to that setting. Once you have all that done and it’s plugged into the mains, the set-up on the touchscreen is super simple. It walks you through everything and explains all the functions.I am using a coffee shop branded coffee beans in mine and have had no issues. I am also choosing to use the machine in barista mode so that I can choose all my own settings for each drink. It’s handy as you can personally adjust the strength, milk ratio (for some drinks), brewing temperature, grind, and cup size. I have played around with the strength and temperature quite a bit, and I often have to increase the cup size to largest as my mugs are decently large.There is a good range of coffees on here, and the little arrows on the screen show the recommended levels for that coffee. You can choose from many classic coffees, or choose one from “coffee world” which tends to be dominated by German and Dutch coffees. You can also go on your Home Connect app to look for a few more and make them straight from tapping on your phone which is incredible. The coffee shots produced have an amazing crema, and are beautifully silky and smooth. It is excellent quality coffee, which you would expect from 19 bar pressure! You can have your coffee fully completed in just around a minute and a half, with no faff at all.The app makes use even easier as you can turn on and off straight from your phone and also create drinks from there. The machine will rinse itself on turn on and shut down so there’s not much you need to do. The milk insert on the side is made to fit easily in your fridge. I found the machine also alerted me when the water tank was running low which was super helpful. This machine really does it all.As for the negatives - the machine is marketed as being “super silent”. It isn’t. The grinding at the beginning of making a coffee makes noise, and the milk steaming is pretty loud. You can definitely hear it well in another room. The rinsing cycle is a bit loud too. As well as this, we found the coffees were not as hot as we would like, even at max brewing temperature. They get cold very quickly too due to not being super hot. For £1,600, I would expect this machine to be absolutely perfected.Overall, I would highly recommend this quality machine. It makes excellent quality coffees despite the small shortfalls.
