I recommend this tablets. I have been taking them for a while and I feel that my immune system has boosted, especially during the flu season. Everytime I stop using them and get run down, the moment I start to take them again I notice a difference after a couple of days. I think. They are great vitamins and maybe a great alternative to the fizzy, sugary one that dissolves in water.

I got these after a bad virus early Decmber 2024. I started taking the immediately , everyone says the placebo effect is part of vitamin tablets. This is so wrong , honestly I feel great , the only thing I have changed as part of my diet and daily routine is adding taking these tablets.My sleep is a lot better & deeper . I feel more alert and generally happier as a person . I feel run down in middle of a UK winter. It can only be these tablets that have helped me . I'll be buying more and really do hope my honest review helps you decide if you want to buy these or not .

My son tried the vitamin C, and it has no taste. However, we appreciate the addition of Zinc.

These tablets are not coated which makes it very easy for them to stick to the throat while swallowing. I tried them for about 5 days and every day the tablets were getting stuck and causing intense pain so much so that I woke up in the middle of the night finding it hard to breathe. The tablets are also huge and even when you break them in half they’re still too big. V poor value for money do not buy
