This is our second magnifica machine after the last one died after a few solid years of work. We find this range very easy to work, personalise and maintain.The drinks can be adjusted for personal preference which is handy depending on your mug of choice. The controls and parts are very intuitive to understand. This frother is especially good and does deliver dense and decently hot foam on the milk setting.The price is a solid choice at 399 (currently). There are plasticy parts and some feel a little flimsy. But again this is not a luxury or flagship model, neither is it an entry level machine. So it has good quality feel despite clearly saving cost with some manufacturing materials.This version has a few basic drink options which can be used in combination to create many more variations if you use your imagination.Very easy to set up following the guide. This model is quieter than our last one also. The lack of a digital display for messages is slightly inconvenient but the warning lights flash in a variety of combinations to provide you the information.Great machine. Good price. Excellent value and most importantly - coffee 👍

I have always had De'longhi machines and am very happy with this one. It's easy to set up, slightly noisy grinder but I can live with that for the price

I received this a week ago and at first it was brilliant. I spent the first day making all sorts of coffees etc. However, over the next couple of days we noticed the taste has become unbearable.We changed the coffee, self cleaned it many times, but the problem is the coffee deffuser inside. It simply does not clean itself.The diffuser it behind a flap behind the water tank. You remove the tank, open the flap and using the buttons removed the diffuser.This is a part which should not require removing to clean after every cup, but it does as it makes the coffee taste awful the next day.I guess, if you have an office and make lots of cups in a day, then cleaning it every morning/evening wouldn't be a big issue. But as we make 1-4 cups a day it would be more practical to use a normal (non automatic) coffee maker.Shame, as it's otherwise quite a good piece of equipment and is fun to use.The images show the diffuser after an espresso and a coffee had been brewed and the cleaning process had finished twice.

We've been using this machine for about a month now. It does exactly what we want with much less faff than the traditional machine we borrowed earlier. Maybe it can't do the more exotic things that much more expensive models can do but we're just not that fussy. The only things we altered were the bean grind - from medium to strong and increased the temperature.The only things I would criticise are the faint markings on the milk flask and the counter intuitive way the top fits on the flask. Most people, I think, expect to fasten things by turning clockwise. Possibly the water tank could slide in and out a bit more freely, but that's a minor detail.The free glasses were better than expected at keeping a drink warm. The free vacuum flask for bean storage hasn't been used yet.

Great machine giving a good ground coffee. Easy to adjust the strength etc. Manual is easy to follow for cleaning and general maintenance. Downside is the milk throther is poor, hit and miss, I tried all milk combinations and once in a while it's not to bad, but not consistent. I would have been better having a steam arm on the side to DIY milk on hindsight. Last thing the preground coffee option doesn't work well as most of the measured coffee ends up underneath unused?

Très satisfait jusqu'à ce jour ☺️...Acheté après avoir pris le temps de chercher un modèle correspondant à nos attentes, sans regret.Pour l anecdote le bruit de la machine est acceptable .Et le cappuccino très réussi et facile.Je recommande 👌👌👌
