Once you’ve had the first couple though you start to get used to it. My energy levels are higher with these and they keep me running for longer (and I usually drink energy drinks to keep me going) I bought these as a better replacement for my own health and honestly would recommend them 100 percent, I’ve just ordered my third tube! They seem to keep me more hydrated than just drinking water alone. They dissolve so well, looking “bitty” but then completely disappearing. I use one tablet in my bottle shown below (about 400mls of water), and I find this works well ratio wise. Slight cherry aftertaste and I will keep on buying!

I have been using these every day for a couple of weeks now, whilst I must say the orange flavour and the mango flavour is okay ,the red berry isn't great, BUT i am recently very unwell with suspected POTS and after doing some reading I thought I should try electrolytes and came across these, and to say it's been only 2 weeks ,I have noticed a big difference in my fatigue levels, and much less brain fog and have noticed that my heart doesn't race quite as violently when I stand up, these phizz tablets are not a total fix but have made my symptoms much more bearable and I can do a lot more daily, on more strenuous days I use two phizz tablets spread out and makes life much more bearable, I can actually do life now 🤣 if you can get past the not so great taste, if you have pots and are struggling -give them a try- it might help even just a little.

I'm a "tired" kind of person. I don't know whether that's due to a lack of sleep, my job or whatever, but after about mid-day I feel so tired. Maybe it's just because I try to avoid coffee during the day..I saw these on Bolo, and thought they sound pretty good. I went for the 20 tablets option (which is actually 10 servings). Being able to make you feel more awake and lively as well as providing your body with vitamins sounds great.They take around 2-5 minutes to fully dissolve in a glass of water, so I just use a teaspoon to stir it just to help it.Now, if you've ever tried Fanta; you're going to find this tastes similar (obviously because it's orange) - but has a slight medicinal taste to it. But it's really not that bad at all.The casing looks good, the supposed benefits you get from taking it sounds very good, and it's very simple to use!Now, on to the benefits of using this. Please take into account that this is my first 'serving'. Last night, I had very little sleep, so today I feel very tired. I have taken these, and so far the results are very pleasing. They make me feel like I've just woken up in the morning after a good night's sleep. Obviously don't miss your sleep hoping these will help you (you still need to look after yourself!) I do not know whether it is a placebo effect or whatever, but I honestly feel more lively.The only downside is the price. I was rather hoping that 20 tablets meant 20 servings, but it isn't. I honestly don't know why they don't just make a bigger tablet so 1 tablet = 1 serving?The biggest competitor to this is Berocca. I haven't tried Berocca yet (but I hope to soon), but apparently the results are very similar; and Berocca appear to be cheaper. Until Phizz can try to compete with Berocca pricing wise, then unfortunately I think I am drawn to Berocca a bit more...----------Most of us have to work hard in life, and it's understandable that a lot of us just get exhausted. So I really think that products like this are a necessity nowadays. I wish I found products like this earlier.

Tastes great and seems to work well. I use this after a workout in a glass with 300ml of cold water, it's really refreshing. I've also used it as a pick me up and it seems to work for that too. I've tried other brands with no added sugar (but added sweeteners) and they taste vile, this on the other hand tastes great! Highly recommended.

Do the job, cheaper than better known brands - feel an energy spike which is good, nice range of vitamins. The taste however is a bit yak compared to Berocca or other big brands.

Love the electrolyte tablets because they are a game-changer for hydration and energy. They dissolve easily, taste refreshing (not too sweet), and provide a good mix of electrolytes and vitamins.I use after my workouts and when traveling to the beach. A bit pricier than some alternatives, but the added vitamins make it worth it.

Effets a voir au long terme. Le goût est OK, respecter le volume d'eau sinon beaucoup moins agréable. J'apprécie cependant le consommer, bien frais après le sport c'est l'idéal même si il vaut mieux le consommer avant.
Good tasting vitamin drink.
Phizz is great as it perks me up when feeling a bit dehydrated. It has vitamins, so it makes it easier to drink rather than taking tablets. Nice tasting and easy to carry around in a bag for those moments when not at home.

Magari è efficace e non lo saprò mai perchè già dall'odore sono rimasta disgustata. Il gusto è davvero sgradevole e non sono riuscita a finire la prima capsula effervescente. Ho buttato tutto!
Tastes and smells awful
Tastes really bad, and the smell of the capsule sticks to your hands which would be ok if it smelled like berries but it smells completely awful
