Great item all sealed and no issueshad to find the scoop as it was covered in the powder but that’s no big deal .The flavour is just right, neither too bland or too sweet . mixes well with shake cup and nice textureI need high protein after 4 operations in a month and can’t eat well and this one compared to others seemed to have the best value for money and the best reviewsreally glad I took a few hours reading through different brands and reviews and I recommend this flavour .Can’t comment on the use for workout as i’m not using it for that but for me needing high protein it’s a game changerI was buying pre-made ones from the supermarket but they worked out more and were watery where this is thicker … you can make it less thick if you want but I used just under a coffee cup of whole milk and it was delicious .. it makes my recovery far more better have a nice tasting protein drinkThere was no after taste or bitterness and others online some said they were either bland or bitter

First of all it smelt awful, nothing like what I’d expect a vanilla product to smell like, once made the scent wasn’t too bad but to say it was nice would be a stretch. I used a blender to make, and it still had clumps in it. By the time it was well mixed it was so foamy. Tried it and honestly just found it so vile. Then I tried it with lots of ice, still a big NOPE! Then I thought maybe I could turn it into an iced vanilla latte and added a shot of coffee, worse still. After only a few mouthfuls my stomach was not happy and then IBS set it. Wish I could return both shakes I bought. I’ve had the chocolate one before and it was ok, but the vanilla and brownie one (I expected it to be similar to the chocolate but it isn’t)

I got this just to add more protein to my diet generally. I can't claim to be a fitness protein pro as never used shakes for my training regime and im not specific about conistency etc however, I rely on reviews so sharing that I had no problems, I'm happy I chose this and like the flavour. I imagined someone who used it alot would need to get a bigger pot but just a thought as you have your own needs and can scan prices yourself. I've not tried others so would personally would buy this again if needed and consider myself lucky that my first choice did not turn out a waste of time
