I bought the outdoor power cable kit and have it plugged in to an outdoor socket to watch our cats when they're in the catio.The picture is nice and clear quality.The build quality is good - it feels robust, despite its small size.The functionality is improved compared to the first version of the camera. Motion detection can be limited to humans, which is good for security. No more false notifications when a spider spins a web in front (something my Blink Outdoor does).You can configure its small light to come on when it detects motion. I don't know how effective the light is, since I have motion detecting outdoor lights that come on at the same time anyway.However, because it integrates so well with the Alexa app, I do use a combo of human motion detection and Alexa to turn on a light inside the house that's got a WiFi/Alexa enabled switch and then turn it off again 5 minutes later, if it's nighttime.Value for money is good - it's regularly available at a much reduced price on Bolo (though the outdoor kit never seems to get a discount)Set up, adding to my Blink app, is quick and easy (just got to know your WiFi password when it asks).

Excellent cameras. They do what's on the label. £50 for 4 with Bolo Prime not bad. Easy to set up. Set up with or without a Sync module. Plug in so no need to worry about battery life. Very bright light at night to illuminate intruders. 1080p resolution ok. 2K+ may be better? Motion detection good & follows person if going from one room to another with a camera. Bought with Blink doorbell (poor quality - needs 2K+ resolution) & Blink 4 cameras (ok), to have on the same system & use the Sync module 2 to record videos onto a USB rather than pay subscription.

good quality build and well designed; works as stated, can connect from anywhere over internet and can watch passageways/room/objects in real time ; good clarity and night vision works; easy to setup and once setup no further work, just clicks on phone screens; works for android, may be sometimes it lags couple of seconds to load picture to load but i think it's due to mobile tower range; or usual network delay across distance. only minus is these cameras need to be connected to AC mains; so no battery option. decent speed.

These are perfect for keeping an eye on our dog while we’re out of the house, and they add an extra layer of security. Setup was quick, the video quality is clear, and the app makes it easy to check in anytime. The subscription plan is well priced when you have multiple devices.

These are great quality cameras for the price point. Working with the on-line subscription or the hub that is also available, they can be set up with motion detection zones and adjustable sensitivity to allow you to get real-time notifications on your phone when motion is detected. This can be in colour if there is enough light, or B/W for night vision. They will help you keep an eye on your space at all times. Not only can you watch, but you can also talk and listen through the camera using the Blink app, so perfect for communicating with family members or pets while you're away from the room they're covering.You can also switch on or off the small light illuminating the general area of the camera, which is useful too. To store video clips, you’ll need a Blink Subscription Plan, which requires a monthly fee. Unlike some cameras, this one must be plugged in (it uses an adaptor and USB connector), so where they can be placed is limited by access to power nearby (it has a 2m USB connector initially but that can be extended with an extension USB cable.It is an excellent budget-friendly security camera, with great video quality, color night vision, and smart features. While having to subscribe for cloud storage (or purchase of a hub), and it's wired setup may be minor drawbacks, it’s still a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable indoor security camera.

Very nice little camera, good field of view and the switch between IR mode and normal mode works well. I needed to mount mine upside down so I was glad to find the software including the ability to invert the image. I'd happily buy a few more of these but bear in mind you do need a socket available, unlike some other, battery power Blink cameras.

It’s an ok little camera and has a few updates/upgrades over its predecessor but with the original blink mini being discounted and them both being of the same resolution is it worth the extra money?? …Blink have to stop dressing old tech up as new and trying to sell it since blink launched there has been next to no increase in camera resolution across all blink camera and the App although functional is still clunky. For a mega company you would expect more

Wow ...... Works a dream . I purchased this to add to blink doorbell security for my home . Fairly easy setup up with a blink sync unit . I'm away on holiday and it's peace of mind having access to security for your home for very little cost.
