I wasn't quite sure why this came in three separate parts as, when it is fully assembled and folded, it takes up very little - if any - additional space. The minor inconvenience of having to bolt all three parts together aside, this is a very sturdy, well built little ramp that does not take up a lot of space when folded. The carry handles, on one side, make it easier to move around when folded. The textured surface can be quite sharp, so the advice in the instructions to wear gloves is probably best heeded. This is of a solid and weighty construction, so sits in place reliably during use and should withstand a good bit of wear and tear over time. It has proved ideal for getting my motor scooter on and off the raised hard standing in front of my house and, at this price, is actually quite a bargain.

3.0 out of 5 stars AVOID - if you can go to a more expensive solution
Almost certainly not Galvanised (Galvanising means 'dipped in molten zinc' to give them a thick rust proof coating) or zinc plated. They will rust in wet conditions! Edges are extremely sharp so wear gloves.The split lockwashers supplied are surplus to requirements as they include 'nyloc' type locknuts. The KIT (not disclosed in description) supplies nuts & bolts of two different sizes (13mm & 14mm) so you will need spanners to cover these two sizes.The supplied instuctions are too small to read!! So, you will need to be good at putting things together.Can''t vouch for how strong they are as I haven't tried the ramp yet.The parts are manufactured in China - which accounts for a lot I think.The Photos/images in the description are of two different hinge types - My photos show the type I received.Having said all this I'm going to buy another because I should have bought a pair for my ride-on mower
