The media could not be loaded. Nice tablets. I think a little goes a long way. I have little running water bottles that hold 175ml of water. A quarter of a tablet is fine in these, a half and the drink is a bit too effervescent and strong for me. I reckon one tablet to a pint of water is right, but maybe I’m not getting the full benefits like that. Either way, I quite prefer the taste when it’s more subtle. These two tubes have got all the things in you’d expect and help get you going on your runs.

These might be good as hydration tablets, but I personally can't drink the mixture.You need to mix each tablet with 200ml water and the taste should be lime mint ,but for me they are awful.I was able to only try them once and I was not even able to finish the 200ml mixture.The tablets were not able to get completely dissolved for 10 minutes and I even tried to add more water to help them dissolve.This didn't help at all and the taste was still really bad.I wouldn't drink them again.Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

As a keen road cyclist I am always interested in cycling related products, components and any new technology that becomes available.I saw these were available for review and thought I’d give them a try.I sometimes use these type of tablets or powered ones. As normal I had to break the tablets in half to get them into my aero bottle which was fine so no issues there.Once the water was added I could hear it fizzing away as it dissolved.So there were no bits of residue at the bottom.Out on the road taste wise the lime mint flavour was not very strong to be honest the taste was a bit non-descript really, fairly bland but not unpleasant by any means.It seemed to work as well as my normal electrolyte drink, as I kind of expected as it has similar ingredients including : potassium, sodium, glucose,magnesium, and calcium etc.I didn’t have any issues, no stomach upset etc.Working it out per ride it works out at at 22 pence per bottle of drink. I currently pay around £20 for a very large tub of a leading energy which works out at 48 servings = 42p per drink bottle. So these are very good value at the current price for 2 packs = 40 tablets ( £8.99 at the time of the review)They have a decent use by date also of 08/2025.So would I buy them? The short answer probably yes, but I’d look for another flavour as I’m not too sure about this choice of flavour to be honest.
