My left ear has been blocked on and off for a few weeks now. It would get better by itself for a few days then block up again, so much so I would be almost entirely deaf in my left ear.It was annoying me so much I ordered this. I wasn't expecting it to be so good. Used it 5 minutes after it arrived. Very easy to set up. Worked an absolute treat after just 2 or 3 minutes of spraying. My ear is now so much better.Well worth the money, I was very surprised how quickly it worked. I have been putting eardrops in for the last few days to try and help unblock it naturally, so I am guessing that softened the wax and helped it spray out so quickly.Very, very good purchase.

Works well. Bought it for my son who has required ear suctioning in the past. Only issue is it does hurt him on even the lowest setting, which is still quite a strong stream, which means I only use it when he’s hearing or balance is affected, and laying in warm bath with ears in isn’t doing the trick. Would be perfect if I could reduce the flow further.

The best thing I have added to my life for a long time - I have suffered with chronic ear blockages, infections, itchiness and ear wax for as long as I remember - I am regularly deaf in one ear due to wax, and was once told I had narrow ear canals, and on the odd occasion years ago, I would get ears syringed at the doctors, which would help massively. I am shocked this has worked so so well to allow me to hear clearly after a 30 second to 1 minute session, and I weirdly love seeing the lumps quickly come out into the tray and a sudden feeling of emptiness and clarity for my hearing! There are multiple settings for poeer so you can try it out on a low setting to get used to it first, and the device seems robust, with all the bits needed to clean the ears out just as it felt like it would do when getting them professionally cleaned. I very rarely write reviews on Bolo but for anyone suffering with ongoing deafness and blockage, it is SO worth a try. First time I used olive oil for a few days to soften the wax (as I used to be told before attending the doctors) but the last two times I've just had a go without the olive oil and it has worked fine too. Genuinely life changing for me, an absolute win of a purchase!!

I was dubious but had high hopes. Had a blocked right ear for almost 2 weeks & drops weren’t budging it. It was really getting me down. Tried this three times with no success so was about to give up but, in desperation I put more drops in, waited 20 mins & had another go. Thankfully a big plug of wax was dislodged and I can hear again!! Very happy. Struggled to find a convenient appointment for syringing plus this was cheaper. Think I need to treat my left ear now as it doesn’t feel as clear as the right. Worth a go if you’re suffering & are sure it’s wax build up. Sorry for the gross pic but it was super satisfying!

Most recently I have been using a syringe ear wash system, but never felt like it was getting all the wax out. I would have to use it many days in a row to see or hear any results. My husband saw a similar system on TV and thought maybe it would help. Of course I always research many items before I try. This product seamed like it would work the best for my needs. It was great! The fact that it is rechargeable is fantastic. I put a few drops of a wax softener in the night before I use it and then flush in the shower the next day. Using it in the shower is much easier than trying to use the container to catch the fluid. All the settings were gentle enough that they didn’t hurt. I use it once a month to keep my ears clean and couldn’t be happier and my hearing is better. I used to have to clear patient’s ears when I worked in the emergency room. I wish we would have had a product like this available.

My son's right ear canal is small. Always has been and at age 16 years old, it's not likely to change. As such, his ear, overtime, becomes clogged to the point of deafness. When he was younger this meant trips to his pediatrician to get it cleaned out at $100 to $200 a visit. The last time we were there, the nurse told us we can buy things like this online and do it at home. This is our second product that does this. Our first was a different brand and connected to a spray bottle that you had to pump. This one is battery-powered, and you simply hold the trigger. You can also adjust the strength of the stream which I really like. Another advantage of this compared to our first bare-bones model, is the light on end. It is so helpful! This also has a splash guard like the last, but it is a bit larger.How do I use this?I combine some hydrogen peroxide with very warm water. With my son's head tilted so the ear canal is pointed at ceiling. I squirt just a bit in his ear and he holds it there for about 5 minutes. After that , with him holding the cup to his ear and head straight, I then proceed to irrigate the canal. I tend to point the tip around the canal wall and not straight in. The softness of the tips is another advantage as it is more comfortable than the previous one. Depending on how long from last cleaning it can take 5 minutes to 10 minutes of flushing and sometimes I do have to fill up the bottle a second or third time. A hard plug of wax and dirt came out of his ear last time and it was over a 1/4 inch long. We have never had to go back to get this professional done since using this product.I do have one small problem with the design and that is the tips are so long and pointed that I have to be very, VERY careful about how much goes in. The previous manual product we had had this guard on it that only allowed a short bit to enter the canal and would not come near the ear drum. I believe this would be an easy fix for the manufacturer of this product. Regardless, I am giving this product 5 stars.
