My review is based on my experience with the seller. I purchased this heater in January and it stopped heating 8 months later. The cooling fan setting was working fine, but the setting that blows warm air no longer works. I contacted the seller as it was covered by manufacturer warranty but no response. I initiated contact 4 times and chased but there was no reply. I went through to Bolo to complain, & they redirected me to the seller who said that they were happy to send a replacement, but I have to send the old one. I replied to ask for the return address as it is not shown on my system, and theyโve gone completely quiet. I find the automated AI service with Bolo unhelpful as I do not get to speak to a person, & the seller is clearly not interested in a refund or replacement. Iโd strongly advice that you avoid purchasing because you only know a sellerโs true colours when things go wrong. Iโm approaching the end of the the warranty period and have accepted defeat!

The heater has endured through the last winter, and I am satisfied with its performance. The heat is adjustable with various settings, although one knob is loosely attached and tends to come off; however, this is something we've gotten used to. It's the only flaw. Apart from that, it's lightweight, equipped with a 1-meter cable, white in colour, and operates quietly. I use it to warm up when the room gets chilly. It fulfils my needs, providing sufficient heat, and was affordable.

Good sized and easy to use fan heater. Used to heat up my mums living room in the evening - living alone she doesn't want to turn on the heating to heat up the whole house. This saves her energy while being easy to use, efficient and reasonably cheap to run (of course that depends on your Electricity tarriff). 'Cool' mode isn't cooling, just a fan which, honestly isn't that useful - even in Summer it's a fan on the ground pointing horizonally - I get if you get hot feet, you might find it useful... But for a heater, it's absolutely fine.
