I bought 2 of these as recommended when they came down to a reasonable price point. I set it up on one of my web apps and the USB-A with the touch sensor worked flawlessly across devices including a corporate device. I haven't tested the NFC function yet but I'm not sure I want to use these keys for my mobile device. I might forget the yubikey but as long as my thumb is still on my hand, thats one less thing I need to remember. For me Its worth the peace of mind I need when securing my most critical and vulnerable services, I don't plan on using it for everything - remember there is a trade off between security and usability, you need to weigh up the options and the risks for each app and decide is it worth the extra hassle.I think Yubico should provide a dual pack with differnt stickers (wraps) so you can easily identify which one is your daily driver and which is your backup key.

I bought one 'Yubikey 5 NFC' which works flawlessly. I then realised that I needed a backup key, so bought the 'Yubikey Security Key', which has less functionality, but does have the 2FA for authentication so should work as a backup.I spent a whole evening faffing about with it and I couldn't get it to generate codes, so I sent it back. I left it a while and forgot about it.Recently I had a few attempted security breaches on one of my email accounts, so I decided I'd buy another and retire the authenticator app and use the Yubikeys entirely.Well, another evening faffing around trying to get it work and again I just couldn't get it to generate codes, so I sent that one back and instead bought another 'Yubikey 5 NFC' again. It took me around 30 mins to set it up and it works fine. It generates codes every time, no issues.I don't know what it is with the 'Yubikey Security Keys', but nothing I tried worked, and I tried everything!The full functionality keys work fine once they're set up, but they are a lot more expensive. I managed to get another good deal as I did with my first one.As for the security aspect; there is no 100% secure system, but I feel this is better than an app that is installed on a device that could be compromised and only generates 6 digits. Yubikeys are completely isolated and can generate around 50 digits and can in itself be PIN Code protected, plus all the other security features available on the 5 NFC.I won't go into all that here as some of it I'm still figuring out and probably won't ever need as a general user. Some of the features are for enterprise users for company computers and entry systems, etc.These keys are independent of each other and not linked or cloned in any way, I'll add the new key as an additional one to each account Inhabe that supports them and PIN code it and stash it somewhere safe.

I have used this and the security is really good in case you need to only put only USB stick for me. I use this and I had no issues. I just needed this to secure all my accounts including anything personal so far no problems.

El mejor producto que existe, quien no sepa configurarla es por que no tiene conocimientos en computadoras, he visto muchos comentarios de personas que dicen que no les funciona pero créame que si funciona, no todas las cuentas lo admiten por eso es importante revisar en la pagina oficial de YUBICO si la cuenta que quieres proteger es compatible, es la primera vez que me siento tan impresionado de un producto, comprare 2 mas para respaldo y una YUBIKEY 5 solo por gusto. 10 DE 10

Good Quality, Works well.
The Yubico Key works right out of the box to help secure your accounts the actual usb itself fits well and the tap sensor is good. Over time the plastic does wear down over time but it doesn't affect the key itself. Honestly this product works very well and was worth the purchase for my security.
