This test kit gives you two tests that are used to measure your sperm count. It isn’t designed to give you an accurate measurement but just gives you two results. In simple terms, a positive result means that you have a good amount of sperm and a negative result shows that you have below the recommended amount to conceive.It’s an easy, at home test to do and you just need to collect a sample in the pot, leave it for 20 minutes to liquify, place some into the solution bottle, and place 2 drops onto the test strip. It does say you have to save yourself for 2-7 days before taking a sample to get a more precise reading. The syringes are a little fiddly to use because as you pull up the plunger, it gets stuck and as I was pulling it up, it got stuck and then passed the stuck bit and I ended up pulling the collection cup off the table and it fell in to my lap. Luckily, there was enough left to get a sample into the syringe, and I stopped at the point where it stops, which is just a little over halfway up the syringe. It doesn’t say anywhere in the instructions that it will stop just after halfway which is why I tried to pull it up further to get a full syringe. Anyway, don’t pull it further than that point or your trousers will be in the wash like mine.The sample then goes into the solution bottle, tipped upside down a few times to mix it with the solution and you leave it to settle for two minutes. You then release the lid and drop two drops on to the circle area on the test cassette. The results were readable after a few minutes. It was only two days between my last bit of fun, and doing this test, and I had a faint but positive line indicating that it was positive.I can’t vouch for the accuracy of the test but for saying I took the sample only two days after the last, and I got a faint line, may indicate that it’s quite accurate. The test was easy to do, after I figured out the syringe and got a soaking, and it was quick to get the results. If you’re a little nervous about visiting the doctors and discussing a test, this allows you to do it in the comfort of your own home. It’s reasonably priced for two tests too…

I have to admit this product helped me and my fiance we did this test and came back positive but very slightly so he got checked out properly and said there was something that wasn’t right and needs looked at more definitely helped us

Priced at £12.99 at time of review we have a 2 pack test for men wanting to check their fertility.This can be a good value starting point for those who are trying to conceive and negates the waiting time you would have to experience if you went to the doctor's for a test.These tests can give an indication to a man's sperm concentration which is indicative of whether a man is producing enough concentration levels to effectively fertilise his partners egg and ultimately have a baby.These tests can give an idea to a couples fertility balance and show if conceiving issues are down to the man and direct them for further testing or considering IVF treatment.These tests will only show concentration levels and a proper laboratory test is needed further to establish other factors such as mobility, formation and several other indicators to a man's sperm quality.I have had a couple of professional tests when me and my partner was trying to conceive which ultimately lead to us obtaining private IVF treatment and showed that it was my sperm levels which were working against us.These tests seem to be accurate enough and work similar to a pregnancy test kit although it's not as simple as peeing on the test stick lol.This requires some careful preparation and following the instructions to the letter for it to be as accurate as it can be.The good thing is if you mess one test up you've always got another to fall back on.These are good value tests which can be a great starting point for couples in their journey to conceive and also give reassurance that it is just a matter of keeping on trying and results are shown after around 5 minutes of testing.
