The media could not be loaded. I am on a budget and was skeptical if this fire and surround would be worth the outlay, but it was the nicest one I had found and I am glad I ordered. It is definitely worth the money and I am so happy with both the fire and the surround. The surround is very sturdy and substantial, but easy to assemble with great instructions provided, and the fire itself is perfect. It is a good size, clearly great quality, the look of the fire itself, and the flame effect, are very realistic and it gives out amazing heat. I couldn't be happier with both items and would definitely recommend them.A shout out also to the company's customer service team. There were a couple of very small, minor chip marks on one side edge of the mantlepiece. A touch up pen is provided to touch up the cream surround if it gets damaged, so I contacted the company to ask if they had a grey one. Without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement mantlepiece, at no charge to me, and this was with me within 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic customer service.So overall, a lovely product, definitely worth the price, and great customer service from the supplying company. I very much recommend the product, and buying from this supplier.Thank you

We purchased this to replace our existing fireplace, we were after something that was both modern and also had a stove effect, this one certainly stood out.It arrived in great condition, and was easy to put together. It’s a great size and is made solidly.There are two boxes, one with flat pack surround and the other with fire, flue and brickwork backdrop. Communication was good with the seller around delivery.The description states two person job to put together, I managed to make it myself in about 45 minutes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.For info the small hole at the back of the brickwork is to feed the lighting connection through, with a further recess is on the bottom for the power cord to feed under (there is no need to rewire plug, as previous review stated)The backlight colours are great, lots to choose from and the fire itself looks realistic and gives off good heat.I have had both the lights independent and with heater on and didn’t find it too noisy, it is a fan heater and so that will always make a little noise.Very happy with purchase, good value and nice looking product - would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I have now updated my original review after I was contacted by Endeavour customer service. They generously offered me a brand new improved performance stove, it arrived on Monday. It’s perfect.. no more annoying buzz, just a very pleasant low hum which is not at all noticeable unless the room is completely silent. I’m very happy! 😊Hats off to a company who go out of their way to make a customer happy, takes their complaint on board and actually improves their product! I’m very impressed, well done! 👍5***** from me..THANK YOU Endeavour. Would definitely recommend buying, the fire suite is beautifulThe fireplace was relatively easy to set up, clear instructions and when it was first put in place looked fabulous … however once the fire (light only) was switched on it made the most annoying buzzing sound which could be clearly heard over the sound of the TV. I asked a question on Bolo if this was normal and I got a response from the seller, telling me that this was not normal and they would replace the stove part. Brilliant.. or so I thought! I received the new stove a couple of days later, fitted it into place switched it on and was absolutely devastated to hear the exact same annoying buzz, but this time accompanied by a loud clanking. I contacted the seller again and sent them a recording and was then informed that this noise was normal for these types of fires.. but if I wasn’t happy with it then I could return it and they would give me a partial refund in order to buy a new stove. I reminded them that they described it as completely silent, and asked if it was normal to hear the buzzing and clanking from another room but did not get a response to this comment.At this point, I didn’t have a box to return the replacement stove in as we needed the box to return the original.The seller was most unhelpful and refused to supply me with a box or any packaging to return the stove, telling me I should be grateful they were not charging me to return it. I was also told that if it arrived back with any damage due to it not been packaged properly I would not get a refund.To cut a long story short I ended up buying a stove from another company.. completely silent I may add. But because the led lights inside the fire surround were connected to the stove these no longer worked so I had to purchase seperate lighting and install a usb socket behind the fireplace. I ended up complaining to Bolo who then gave me a refund.So I’m afraid I can’t recommend the fireplace due to all the hassle I’ve had with it and I would not purchase from this seller again.

We bought this to use in an annex used by an elderly relative, as both a decorative feature and also to produce some instant heat on top of that provided by the high-tech heating already installed via hidden panels in the ceilings.The fire itself looks great when assembled, has various heat and lighting settings and although it is a bit noisy when the heating is on it isn’t so noisy as to be an issue.The only reason I knocked off a star is because of the lack of assembly instructions beyond building the basic fireplace.The instructions covering the fireplace are easy to follow, and assembly is very simple, but the instructions stop suddenly before the back panel and downlighting is fitted.The back panel is easy to fit, it is just polystyrene and is screwed into the back of the fireplace panels (no screws provided, needs short screws to avoid coming out of the front of the fireplace!). The light box that provides the downlighting just sits on top of the back panel and isn’t fixed in place at all. There is a cable tucked into the back of the fire behind a screwed in panel that needs to be released, and then two additional cables provided in a bag that need to be connected together, then one end to the fire, the other to the light box. There is only one way to connect them so can’t go wrong. It’s just a shame that installation took so much longer due to the instructions being inadequate. As the fire and surround were supplied separately, I suspect the downlighting is a component added to the fire and is therefore not covered by the fireplace instructions.

I am excited to review this purchase. And, it said two people to put together, I had no trouble on my own.It makes the room feel warm even without the heat on ( which I haven't tried yet).Also, I had a few nstruction pages missing and you emailed them to me straight away.
