Its not perfect: it has been stuck over a cable & it tried to go up a plant stand, but for the money, its amazing. you can manual control it from the app like a computer game ... and it makes a great pet toy too!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this budget vacuum cleaner. It has a good range of modes on the app (wall follow, manual direction, spiral, suction level) and the mopping function was much better than expected (muddy paw marks, no problem). It can get stuck on small obstacles (wooden feet on a swivel chair), so it does require a little supervision at times, and sometimes gets a bit lost trying to find its way back to base. The dust capacity is a bit small, but on the whole, I’m very pleased with it.

I purchased this hoover last Christmas and have been using it the whole year - a lot. Especially on te ground floor where all dirt and dust from outside ends up on the floor.What a great help it has been. Battery life is still around 150min, it can run twice around the kitchen and living area, it gets to all corners and it still has 50% battery. Works remotely throught the app, but I decided to use it only when I'm at home. IO don't want it to stuck somewhere, on a cable or in a gap under the cabinet... (sometimes I can forget to remove all obstacles. Good on long hair carpet, although works a bit slower.I can highly recommend that little machine. My money was well spent. PS. This year, I can change all brushes and filters for the new ones. :)))

The product arrived 16th Jan and functioned well. I liked that it was quiet. But on 25th March it failed. Beko troubleshooted and said it needed a new battery. They said they would send one . I contacted beko after 2 weeks to chase it up but was told it could take 10 working days and with the Easter bank holiday it wasn't 10 working days. On the 10th April I contacted again and was told they didn't have a replacement battery and to contact Bolo.I guess they must get through a lot of batteries but they could have told me it had never been sent weeks ago and to contact Bolo as they can't do anything.So poor product and terrible aftercare from Beko. Bolo asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I have gone for a refund and will try the eufy robovac lr30 which someone recommended.

The vacuum suction is great and I was amazed how much dust this thing collects compared to good old Henry or my Dyson V6 but…It constantly gets lost while I am away on business and therefore is not fit for purpose.I guess if you have a large empty room, with no furniture and don’t mind the robot being on show then it will do ok, but I have a typical sized 4 bed home full of furniture.I wanted this to live under the bed, out of site, then just hoover the upstairs floor when I leave all the doors open.It manages to move from room to room, but then struggles to find home. It constantly gets stuck by one of the under bead supports and constantly uses the same sequence of movements to try and free itself (not very intelligent coding).I have moved the base ‘for better wifi’ and have removed items of furniture from the room and it still gets stuck in the same place.Short of having the dock on the landing, fully visible and as a trip hazard, I am not sure what else to do.Have requested a return.

For the first couple of days the hoover was brilliant. But then it froze and would not respond to app or the buttons on the hoover. Tried reinstall app. Remove mains power adapter for an hour, but it remains frozen. Tried the customer service technical support and after being on hold for 20 minutes I got an automated response asking to call me back. But an hour later and still nothing. So its going back.

Initial unit developed a constant wheel squeak so returned and replaced; all straightforward. Very pleased with this one, which I chose because it was listed as No. 2 in Good Housekeeping and was good value for money. It picks up the chunks of fur which my long-haired cat distributes with gay abandon, along with cat litter. Excellent suction power. Has raised the pile on my carpets. It’s not particularly great at mapping but by covering some areas over and over it has removed a lot of dust from the depths of my carpets over the last few months. Everywhere looks cleaner. I just leave it to do its thing, which it does marvellously.
