I take it to help stop the ‘busy brain syndrome’ when I’m trying to sleep. Ashwaganda with KSM-66 is calming, so helps with that.

Hi there. Ive given 3 starts as the product itself I believe is effective. But these aren't 1000mg tablets as stated! I weighed an entire tub and it weighs only 170grams. 365 x 1000mg tablets would be 365 grams!To get to 5grams on my scale, it took 14 tablets. So the correct amount is 300-400mg. Now some of this is anti caking agents as stated on the back of the pot. So how much ashwagandha are we REALLY getting from these tablets?! I'd love to know.Sam

If you’re feeling tired, and things are getting to you you tend to go into over drive.These tablets help slow me down a bit, keep me calmer. 3rd gear in stead of top all the time…And helps me to switch off at bed time. Worth every penny, you’ve got nothing to lose except feeling better….

I have tried two other brands that improve my restfulness, as in I wake up feeling more refreshed. But I did not notice any benefits with this one. I wonder if it is even Ashwaghanda, since this herb has a distinct smell and flavour, but this product does not have that.
