Just a bedroom DJ but I love making mixes in all genres. A step up from my apps and DDJ200. There's a lot to learn, as I've been spoilt with Rekordbox doing everything for me.I only got it out the box yesterday but I've already worked out how to transfer my Rekordbox playlists with all my preset hot cues. Still got to work out the various ways to save the loops and change some of the settings to suit my style.Love that there are various ways to access the menus. Touch screen and switches.Easy to set up. Watch the Youtube videos. I have done 5 or 6 already and it does help, if you're not a seasoned DJ.The price is fantastic for what you get.We'd all love a Pioneer XDJ but as a hobby, it's too much. This is perfect!I can play tracks straight from my Beatport subscription, via wifi. I have all my own downloaded tracks on a stick and an SD card to plug straight in the back.The built in speakers are great as monitors.Headphone and mic work great.I have to unlearn and relearn some tricks with this but looking forward to it.Lovely bit of kit for the price.

This is a fantastic piece of DJ equipment, so long as you understand what it is for and are happy it will meet your needs.My needs are met by this, and I have no intention of using streaming services so I can't comment on that (although there are several videos on YouTube that show this).I have two USB sticks in the back (currently a 32gb and 64gb and also a 256gb SD card.You can swap between these sources while playing and the best way to play your music (imo) is to prepare your playlists using the Engine DJ software on your PC first, then transfer it to the memory stick and put it in the player. You can set cue points, preset loops and apply star ratings as well as make whatever play list structure suits your style of playing.You can record your sets straight back onto the memory stick which is excellent also.As Numark is under the same parent company that owns Denon DJ (and also Rane and Alesis), the Engine OS software is the exact same as is used in the Denon top of the line hardware, and as such is first class!I have owned it for a couple of months and alreadynitbhas had three firmware updates in that time, which have added some significant improvements.Not least of all is an inbuilt sample player which you can either use the samples they provide or load in your own; and that is a major thing for me!I had been using Serato, VDJ and Traktor Pro prior to buying this, but since then I haven't touched them at all.Serato has so many effects sometimes I don't know what to use, and Traktor can be the same, so the limited set on offer here is quite alright with me!There is the turntable brake function available all the while, with adjustable length, and then echo, delay, flanger and phaser. I don't really use the last two but the echo and delay are very useable, as it the hi-pass/low pass filter.I got it on a deal of 33% off for £450 and it's worth that all day long. I would probably have been happy to pay more, given that it is a standalone unit that has speakers in-built that are good enough for a bedroom party or just hook up a subwoofer to the main output and balance the sound between the onboard speakers and the sub as I was doing!This really is an incredible unit for the price as you don't need to run a laptop and a controller as this does it all.On top of that it can control DMX lighting and Philips Hue lights, something I might like to get into in the future.Highly recommended!

Title says it all! This is 100% the best way to get into DJing, or to get your kids interested. No need for a laptop when playing back - just controller does it all. Including speakers! OK they're not going to blast out a concert hall, but they're plenty good enough for practicing.My 9 year old saw Fatboy Slim at a festival and immediately wanted to become a DJ. This controller was an amazing first step - not too intimidating, but all the features he needed to start putting together mixes. The fatc that it integrates with Tidal (and now Bolo Music on the newer model) is a huge benefit - he can put together playlists when he's listening on other devices and then play them straight on here at home.There are limitations - this is an entry level model, so no beat jump buttons and no manual loop controls, but there's plenty to love. The paddles for FX are especially slick!

I love this device. To say the build quality is not good is nonsense. I have owned about 5-6 controllers and this is as good as any of them in build quality, yes its plastic but still rugged enough.I had it out of the box and setup in less than 5 minutes. The software is intuitive and does what I need it too. It's not Denon Prime, but we all don't have money for premium products like those or Pioneer DDJs.Pro DJs on Youtube love this machine. They understand it's not a controller for so called "Pro DJs", but it's great for beginner and intermediate DJs.I've been DJing for years using a variety of kit, and I have to say i'm really impressed. Great to ditch the laptop and have everything at your fingertips.Speakers are not going to blow anyone away, but OK for a kitchen rave.Ignore the DJ snobs out there and buy one.

Fantastic DJ Stand alone controller. Great value for money. Easy to operate and is constantly being updated with Engine DJ software. I use it with Tidal music service and it works great. You don't need a laptop as the software is all built in. For a cheaper controller it still has a good build quality. The built in speakers are small but the sound can still fill a small size room. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

Item worked brilliantly for 8 Months (from new) then developed a hardware issue that has completely disabled the WIFI connection services. After liaising with the manufacturer and Bolo customer service numerous times I have actioned every possible solution with regards to firmware with no avail. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT VIA Bolo. IF IT DEVELOPS A HARDWARE ISSUE, Bolo EVIDENTLY WILL NOT BE ANY HELP WITH A PRODUCT SOLD BY Bolo THAT IS WELL WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

It's a bit of a letdown that the Mixstream Pro+ doesn't support Bolo Music and Tidal here. I mean, seriously? Those are some major players in the game. And let me tell you about that 30-day free trial for Bolo Music. I tried to snag it, but no luck. Talk about a disappointment.And let's not even start on the retailer situation. I had to learn the hard way that not all retailers are on the same page. SLT Retailers? Total nightmare. They left me hanging for weeks without a word. But then I discovered Cocoblu Retail, and let me tell you, they're the real MVPs. I had my Mixstream Pro+ in my hands in just five days flat.So, here's the deal. The Numark Mixstream Pro+ is a solid choice if you're in the market for a versatile DJ player. It's got the features, it's got the performance. Just remember to keep its limitations in mind and choose your retailer wisely. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

A few things happened.... the delivery guy threw the box in a snowy ditch 200 feet from my house next to the road in a box clearly marked NUMARK.When i opened the box i realised the metalic inlays for the jog wheels were not installed properly, i had to use ceramic knife to remove and reseat them they are the touch resistive part kind of important. my theory is they fell off in the cold.other than that the unit is amazing have been messing with it all afternoon. despite the currier employee being disgruntled it arrived on time.

Super Artikel.Alles funktioniert bestens Fader,Tasten,Regler und die Jogwheels reagieren 100%tig nichts Lagt oder hängt hinterher. Die On Board Track Analyse is recht flink und das Toutch Display reagiert auch vom feinsten. Nur das hochfahren dauert etwas.

Un excellent contrôleur DJ autonome !

J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition du Numark Mixstream Pro+ et je suis vraiment enchanté par mon choix. Ce contrôleur propose une expérience DJ complète sans nécessiter d'ordinateur,ce qui est idéal pour mes sessions en extérieur et mes soirées entre amis.La qualité de fabrication est robuste, et les jogwheels sont réactifs et agréables à manipuler. J'apprécie tout particulièrement la connectivité Wi-Fi intégrée, qui me permet de diffuserde la musique directement depuis des plateformes comme TIDAL et SoundCloud. Cela élargit considérablement ma bibliothèque musicale sans avoir à transporter des clés USB.L'interface est intuitive, facilitant la navigation dans mes morceaux et l'accès aux effets. Les fonctionnalités de performance, telles que les pads de déclenchement, apportent unedimension créative à mes mixes.En résumé, le Mixstream Pro+ est un excellent choix pour les DJs, qu'ils soient novices ou expérimentés. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un contrôleur autonomefiable et performant !Cependant, j'ai acheté le modèle reconditionné et il manquait le bloc d'alimentation.Néanmoins, le service client d'Bolo a su réagir de manière professionnelle.
