Best saffron on the market - works very well and you can start to feel its mood stabilising effects a week in. I feel more calm, relaxed and able to control my emotions. I also feel more present. I hope they never stop selling this product ! - it has become a permanent part of my official supplement stack !!

I can't say I noticed any additional positive effects from taking this, actually it could be responsible for me feeling more down, contrary to other reviews. But who knows? Mood can be affected by so many things so if you want to try it, try it, but don't expect anything.

Was taking them for a couple of days and started to get strong vertigo, like I was on a fast carousel. My head just started spinning like crazy, like I was in a cartoon but it wasn’t funny one bit. It happened more than a few times in a day and all stopped once I stopped taking them. Apparently, that is a known side effect of saffron. Luckily, I was at home when it started happening otherwise It could have been way worse. So be careful
