Well packaged and included a very clear set of instructions on taking the blood sample and performing the analysis. First use was by my wife and the measured concentration was very similar to that obtained by our local GP a few days earlier. Care is needed in removing the used needle from the injector 'tool' because it fits tightly, but this is probably necessary to make sure that the depth that the needle penetrates the skin is well defined. Useful to have 5 different depth settings to adapt to variations in skin thickness.

This is the second full set up that I've bought and wouldn't use any other brand. I'm borderline diabetic, so I need to keep an eye on my blood sugar levels and this device gives me peace of mind. It's easy to use, almost pain free (I use setting two). It comes with a handy compact case where you can store one tub of strips, the monitor, the lances and the pen. Excellent value for money

I've recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic.I wanted something so I could check my levels at home.Thi device is so easy to use, with good functionality and instructions.It's a convenient size so easy to take with you if needed.It is safe to use, with simple easy to ollow instructions.I believe it is acurate, and I personally do not think it hurts.

Very easy to use. Clear display makes it easy to see your results. Two lights, red and green, show good or bad results alongside the number display. The finger prick is nothing more than what you would expect, not painful at all. I would have given this a 5 star review, but I have had a few occasions where the reading was excessively high and no red or green light was displayed. My numbers are usually within the safe range, so whether this was a glitch with the device or something I did wrong I'm not sure, but it's happened a few times. Otherwise this is a good bit of kit.
