I’ve always struggled with maintaining my weight, so when I switched to a low-carb, keto-friendly lifestyle, finding the right sugar alternative was essential. That’s when I discovered NKD Living Stevia Sweetener, and it has quickly become a staple in my kitchen.At first, I wasn’t a big fan of the aftertaste, it felt a little unusual compared to regular sugar. But after a few days, I completely got used to it, and now I don’t even notice it. In fact, I prefer it!I usually buy the 1kg pack, and it lasts me about one and a half to two months, depending on how often I bake or make smoothies. I typically use 1–2 teaspoons each time, although it really depends on what I’m preparing. It’s perfect for tea, coffee, snacks, desserts, and smoothies. Especially during my intermittent fasting periods.The best part is that it doesn’t affect autophagy or ketosis, so I can enjoy my tea or coffee without breaking my fast or diet goals. I prefer this brand of sugar alternatives as it doesn’t have any weird aftertaste. It’s also more stronger in sweetness then sugar therefore you do not have to use as much of the product. We switched over to Stevia because of a medical condition and I would hundred percent recommend this product.

you don't get used to it the first couple of times as you have to find the right balance of amount that is right for you, too much or too little and the drink doesn't taste right but when you find the right amount use that amount every time and you get a drink that tastes just like one made with sugar, its a large bag so hundreds of drinks or even in cooking .by the end of the bag you will have saved money but also saved some of your health as body will be better and teeth less rotted compared to sugar. keep the bag tight shut and it will last as long as needed .
