The media could not be loaded. I really like this shifter it's very good quality and feels very nice to use the gears have a nice clunk when going into gear you also have the option to change the stiffness going into gears but for me I find max stiffness is not stiff enough however I honestly think it's fine at max stiffness I have no problems with it it still has a nice clunk to it but would be nice if it had a bit more resistance it's also nice to have to option to switch to sequential mode for games like dirt rally it works alot better than paddle shift and adds to the emersion it comes with all the tools you need including spare screws and a Alan key it even comes with a very strong table clamp which clamps very well but in my case I decided to hard mount it to my frame with bolts as I have the option overall I'm very happy with this shifter and it's been slot of fun to use I'd 100% recommend this shifter

This is an amazing quality gear shifter and it is easy to use, it is compatible with many systems due to its USB-A Plug-and-play capabilities. I use it daily along with my steering wheel from another company. It is expensive, but was definitely worth my money, it is not too loud and it is fun and enjoyable to use it in driving simulators such as BeamNG.Drive. It has shown little signs of wear over my last year of usage, presenting its good durability.Pros:✅Great material quality and tactile feel✅Adjustable stiffness✅Plug-and-play capabilities✅High-quality clampCons:None that stand out.Overall, I would definitely recommend this shifter for sim-racing, it is worth the price. 9/10.

My first impression of the quality, fit and finish is very good. Very substantial, weighty feel with very little plastic on show and so far I am fairly satisfied with its operation and set up. Literally plug and play, as windows 7 automatically installed the drivers, and it was recognised by my racing Sim first time. Then it was just a case of mapping the shifting positions (buttons).The only reason for awarding 4 stars is my slight disappointment with the actual shifting action. The shaft kind of smoothly slides into place rather than clicking or clunking into place like a real gear shifter. Also, the throw is a bit long for gaming. I have tightened the resistance bolt on the side, but this seems to make the action feel even more unrealistic. Though having said that, the throw and action does remind me of an old VW Passat I used to drive. That too was very smooth, but not positive feeling at all. I feel that with the modern high end sports cars you would drive in a sim this will not quite hit the spot in terms of realistic feel.These irks are not a total deal breaker though, as the G27 shifter it replaces feels like a plastic fisher price toy in comparison.Overall then, while considering the cost of offerings from Fantec and FrexGP, the TH8A seems well priced for what you get. A solid well made piece of apparatus, which is easy to install and set up and provides a significant upgrade from the G27 shifter.

I love the quietness of the shifter, but I went astep further and placed some neoprene foam rubber material in between the H-gates which made it near silent. In comparison to the Fanatec Clubsport shifter which clicks upon each gear change and has less of a feeling of an H-pattern because of it's smaller range of movement between gears, I was satisfied with my choice of purchase.The quality is great with the 90% metal contruction and the adjustable tension is more than adequate of this type of device and this price range.Changing from H-pattern to sequential mode can take one minute or more which is the only real hindrance to the overall ease of use, as it cannot be changed "on-the-fly".The clamp is strong, the gears are 360 degrees rotatable making it robust and ergonomic.Overall, it is a great experience and adds to the keyword 'immersion' many people look for in an addition such as this, particularly if you are using a clutch in tandem with the gear shifter. Occasionally, Bolo lowers the price of this shifter and it is then when I would recommend making a purchase of this item. If you cannot wait, and Bolo is not doing any price offers, but it is still selling at a good price, I would still recommended making the purchase as it improves the complete package feeling of driving a simulator.

It's a nice shifter and the included mount is study enough for its purpose.It's mostly plastic aside from some metal internals, the knob can also be changed out.The 7 gears + reverse is handy and you can even turn the shifter into an x-axis (possible handbrake solution).It did develop a squeak on that very same x-axis (moving the knob to the right from the center point) but some PTFE WD40 fixed that easily.The gears are short and enter the 'gates' easily and gives good solid feedback so you know your in gear.However I wish the resistance was a little higher, it feels a bit too easy to put into gear, but that's a more immersion complaint as it probably helps during races.Overall great piece of kit for the price and does the job well for a casual sim race.

Must have if you already have a Thrustmaster Wheel. Shifts are quite decent.The knob does feel could have been a little better.There is a higher model available, but it's a little too expensive.

SWEDISH👇Jag köpte denna växelspak pga jag hade sålt min logitech växelspak och ville ha en lite mer sportig som även har 7+R som växlar. Köpte denna för cirka 4/5 veckor sedan och den funkar super bra👍Rekommenderar stort!ENGLISH 👇I bought this shifter because I had sold my logitech shifter and wanted a slightly more sporty one that also has 7+R as gears. Bought this about 4/5 weeks ago and it works super well👍 Highly recommend!
