After turning up to my first plates class without a mat, I ordered this one. Love the colour, teal is my favourite. It's held up well in class, this so nice and supportive on my knees and doesn't slip at all. Comes with elastic to hold it together when not in use and also carry it with. Overall, very pleased.

It is a good yoga mat. The slip resistance is great, stops you from slipping and doesn’t slip on the floor. The durability of it is good and it is a good thickness, with the sizing with great too. However, the down side is that it has a strange smell, I haven’t had it long so the smell may go away after some use but it is a bit distracting which is why I haven’t given 5 stars
