I chose to take NR because for years I had been weak, more importantly, My body system preferred and tolerated NR supplements, I didn't notice any side effects. As the NAD built up in my body system, I had so much more energy, I firmly believe this is a long process, you will notice over time that you are younger and healthier. I will continue to take this dietary supplement.I take a few other supplements but this is the first time that I can actually feel a difference. I have more energy and feel better overall. Not that I was low energy or felt bad before taking it. I felt fine before, but better now.

I had previously used the 250 mg from another provider and was liking the results. I am quite a conscientious buyer, and I can't spend a whole lot of money on keeping my level of health at my peak. When I switched to your brand with a higher dosage for almost the same price I was quite surprised by the results. I sleep better, I have more energy and longer lasting. In addition, my mind is clearer and my retention of information is better. I am also quite impressed that your company gives back a little of your profits. Just don't raise your prices too much!

not for me used for 3 weeks and found they wear no good for me the doseage is wrong as the tablets are 200 mg says use 2 but dont exceed 200mg so 2 are 400mg they made me sick so stopped using them

First of all, no side effects at all, so thats good.Secondly, the internet medical sites recommends 500mg per day, this supplement is 2 x 750ml of NR, Pterostilbene is an alternative to resveratrol, some people think its better as it has a high bioavailabilty and half-life, TMG supports Methylation and ensures nicotinamide doesnt accumulate, however, 100mg is not much. So I have been taking just one table a day (1000mg or 750mg of NR) - Slightly over the recommended dose. Taking this much makes a bottle last 60 days instead of 30, better value!Maybe its because I'm not taking as much as others, but I have noticed minimal effects. Most profound is short term memory and communication. I not longer struggle to find the words for things in my memory, I have better cognitive function, this is the most noticeable.As far as energy is concerned, I do feel fitter and dont get tired after exercise, before my legs would ache a bit and my muscles would feel like a need to sit down and rest, not so much now, this change though, takes about 2 months to notice. I do seem spend less time relaxing on the sofa than I did before taking them and now prefer to "do something" - but thats more to do with motivation than energy I would say.At the moment, I wouldn't say I look any younger, but I certainly don't feel as old mentally, my mind is more vibrant and Intuitive. I can seem to get out names of people and items which I would have struggled with before, and people no longer speak too fast for me to comprehend.UPDATE:After 6 months use, the effect of this seemed to diminish, my brain was no longer as sharp as at the start and memory not so good, I did however, still have energy, not quite as much as at the start though.
