I swear by these things! I take one before bed, and most of the time I'm good to go in the morning. If I know that my eating was lucking fruit+veg in the day, then I take 2 gummies before bed. If you take other supplements like iron, make sure you take the supplements in the morning or during the day, and then just the fibre gummies before bed. They taste good too!

Have tried a few different fibre supplements and these were probably the best value for money. Saying that, the health benefits outweigh the funny taste but they’re easy to use.
