Came very nicely packaged in a box to keep the leftover spices in. I decorated my tin lid with gemstones for an Indian flair and I have been using it in all sorts of Indian recipes since. My friend said that if you want to learn genuine Indian cooking you must first have your 7 spice tin. She was right!

I hadn't realised that the smaller spice tubs inside the larger container didn't come with their own lids. The smaller tin's content contaminates each other if you aren't careful with keeping it level, or when you use them with a spoon. It is good that it keeps all the spices in one place and you don't lose them in the cupboard.

It did what it said on the tin.The lid is a good snug fit so that your spices remain fresh
