The media could not be loaded. Brought these 37 meter festoon lights for my mom’s garden and I have to say they are very good for the price. I knew they were going to be difficult to untangle as I have seen this in previous reviews but I didn’t expect it to take me an hour and 10 minutes to do it. Nevertheless I was really happy with them even if it was like Christmas had come early untangling them. They come with 2 spare bulbs (with the plastic housing so if a bulb goes you have 2 replacements and if the plastic cracks you also have 2 of those. The cable is a good shape as it is not round it’s slightly flat so can be slipped inbetween fence posts when putting them up. I had a look before buying these and you can get bulbs online for them if ever you need to. I have attached a picture of the instructions so you can see the manufacturers details. They look really nice and not cheap quality. The remote control has 3 different light settings, 2 that flash and 1 continuous light which the brightness can be adjusted. It has a timer on there and I plugged them into a plug in a shed and the remote control still worked from a fair distance away even with the shed door shut. They can also be operated from the plug too if you do loose the remote to them as there is a button on there to change the light setting however I don’t believe this would allow you to adjust the brightness. There is quite a long distance from the plug to the first bulb so enough to feed it through into a house or a shed. What I will say is the plug will not fit and outdoor plug socket as the plug is actually quite big and bulky so bare this in mind if it’s going to be used in a outdoor plug. The lights look pretty waterproof but you do need to check each bulb is screwed on tightly to ensure there is no water ingress. What I did find really frustrating is that these lights are one continuous set so untangling them was an absolute nightmare because as soon as you start untangling one part they get tangled on the other end because there is just so much of them. If there were say 4 separate lights attached together it would of been so much easier. Although I wanted to pull my hair out I would still buy these again because they just seem like they will actually last unlike the solar ones you can get. Unfortunately after all that I have had to return them purely because they hang too low in my garden due to it being raised in parts so they got in the way and I couldn’t lift them any higher. If it wasn’t for that I would of kept them because they really are lovely lights. Hopefully this helps answer some of the questions around bulbs and voltage. I have removed 1 star just for the nightmare of untangling them but the product itself is excellent.

Lovely lights and good price BUTarrived so tangled we gave up after 4 hours of trying to unknot them. We actually ordered 2 sets, the first set took 2 hours to untangle but the second set was beyond ridiculous. We gave up and my husband almost broke a foot kicking a wall in frustration. If you value your mental health don’t buy these 😂😂
