It’s been a reliable companion for both work calls and casual listening.When I recently ran into an issue with the dongle, I contacted Earbay, and I have to say, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They responded quickly, were friendly and helpful, and sent me a replacement dongle without any quibble. The new dongle arrived promptly and works perfectly with my headset.It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind its product so well. I’m genuinely delighted with both the headset and the after-sales support. Highly recommended!

Ordered this as a replacement for a wired headset for work and works perfectly. The charging stand is great so that it never goes out of charge. It is comfortable and very clear and is used daily.Customer service was quick and efficient on answering a question I had.A great 5star product

It is very good. VGood sound, good mice. Looks good. Comfortable.Only 2 small stuff I'm not happy with.1) storng chinese accent when turn on or off. Why? Even a free AI could have an English or American accent. Why Chinese accent???2) Takes too long to get it on or off. Would be better just to have a simple on/off slider.

The headset I received has been much easier to use than my previous wired headset which limited my ability to move around while speaking to customers. The headset is both comfortable and secure on my head and doesn’t allow outside noise to be an issue. It was very simple to set up and was just a case of plugging in the USB dongle and switching the headset on. It has a decent range on it as well, and allows me to go downstairs without disconnecting from the PC upstairs whilst still talking to customers. For the price I paid, I was very satisfied. After around 1.5 years, I had an issue with the left ear and sound was not coming through. I contacted Earbay through the product support section on Bolo, and the team where happy to send me a new headset given the 2 year warranty promise. This is a great purchase and I highly recommend.

Yet anothe Bolo sourced device which has FAILED within the first twelve months of use. Not yet one year old.It suddenly stopped working with my PC. So I reinstalled it U/STried with two other PCs and one laptop U/SThen tried a cheap microphone on all FOUR computers. It worked every time.The conclusion is that the EASY WIRELESS HEADSET is USELESS U/S

It is a nice looking set. Quality of sound is fine; however, the mic is a hit and miss when I'm using Teams. Sometimes it starts working after a 10-15 seconds, sometimes it doesn't connect at all and I need to go into settings each time to fix it. It is very frustrating, especially when someone calls unexpectedly. I think after few weeks it is working slightly better, but still not reliable solution. If you're buying it mainly for Teams, I would buy something more reliable.

Great headset very straight forward to use. It arrived in perfect condotion and after 1 week of using it I would recommend it. Good sound quality, decent price point and good battery life.

This is a great wireless headset. It is very lightweight and comfortable. It has controls which are very easy to use when on a call, and the microphone can also be muted very quickly with the little button on the opposite side of the mix.The charging dock sits very neatly and plugs straight into the usb port of the PC. Charging is very quick and this headset lasts forever.I work for a very large UK mobile company and I am on the phone 8 hours a day, and this headset has never dropped charge, customers never complain of background noise like other headsets haveI can't fault this little beauty.

Nach 6 Monaten ohne funktion
Dieses Headset ist nicht zu empfehlen, nach gerade mal 6 Monaten hat es den Dienst aufgegeben und ist somit ohne funktion. Sogar der eine Stern ist noch zu viel.
Leider nach 1 Monat nicht mehr zu gebrauchen
Die ersten Tage lief das Gerät halbwegs stabil. Nach ca. 4 Wochen der Akku hält ca.30 min
