Bought four of these, one never activated at all so it was returned and refunded.Positives: The three that did work okay have been excellent, working with either the eufy app or Apple's own Find My system. They can also of course be used to locate your missing phone too, so handy reverse usage. Battery life seems to be excellent too.Negatives (hence 4-stars): The QR code on the back of the cases wears away almost immediately when in general use, especially on a key ring, so a waste of time and unusable. Also triggering false alarms with accidental button press 'pocket dial' scenarios is fairly common, even when the setting to minimise this is enabled.So, a really good budget alternative to Apple Airtags, but as if with anything, compromises in quality have to be made if you want things cheaper.

This is a Which? recommended product. Easy to set up and it works. Has its own App and also works on Apple's Find My.

So, I had this on my keyring because I am useless and lose things all the time and as a dog walker I am in and out of my van many times a day, throwing my keys into my pocket with somewhat reckless abandon. I have lost keys in the past so got this so I could avoid that again.Except I lost my keys yesterday.... on an hour long walk.... with 5 dogs that I now had locked out of my car in a carpark in the middle of nowhere. No problem, I thought, I'll check my app and go find them. Only it was saying my tracker was at home. Doh, it was obviously the last place they grabbed a GPS location, or however that stuff works. No worries, when you get close to the tracker you can ping it on bluetooth and it will play a tune, annoying but I can just retrace my steps and listen out for it.NOPE!! searched and searched, I knew my exact route and couldn't get my app to pick it up. App was now saying it was 11 miles away. Ok, maybe someone picked it up and taken it home, planning to post on Facebook about finding it or something. So I drove there... and then the app said it was now at a car dealership 6 miles in the other direction... so I headed there, but *shockingly* it wasn't there either.Thanks to the power of Facebook, I did locate my key. A lovely person had found it and taken it to the cafe down the road from the carpark... where I would have gone first if the tracker hadn't taken me on a wild goose chase all afternoon. They were shocked that I didn't locate the tracker there as they recognised what it was... but giver the tracker was telling me to go to an area that I have genuinely not been near in at least 12 months, why on earth would I think it had picked a random location on a map to ping?! Make that 2 random locations!I reported the fault to customer services and after following their instructions to reset the GPS which did sod all they kindly offered to sell me a "newer model". Yeah, no thanks. A worse than useless experience all round!

Here is Eufy responseIt appears that the Apple Find My only displays associated devices (such as iPhones, Mac computers, AirPods, etc.) and does not show specific items.We acknowledge that this is an issue that needs to be optimized in future firmware upgrades.Which might NEVER delivered

These little trackers work great with Find My Iphone app. I use this one on my mowing trailer in case it is stolen or so that I can track it down when needed. Battery life is great, over 1 year and super easy to change the battery when it does die. I have other trackers in my vintage cars. Great device, great price. Highly recommended.

Just slipped it into my car's seat pocket. Now I am able to track my car in iOS devices. Much cheaper than actual GPS car trackers.Ofcourse it doesn't show real-time tracking but every few minutes I can see the approximate location of it (it updates the location using nearby iOS devices in FindMy ecosystem)Has Android support also within Bluetooth rangeBought two of these
