This supplementary nursing system has been a lifesaver for us. I have a low milk supply along with slow letdown and it got to the point that my baby was refusing the breast entirely. Now, instead of battling at every feed, we are able to enjoy breastfeeding again, and I have seen an improvement in my supply.The tubing is very easy to set up. I use a spare bottle teat with a slightly enlarged hole and feed the tube through it — this helps avoid mess and gives me more control over the milk flow.The included adhesive tape is strong and able to securely hold the tubing in place during feeds. I follow the instructions and position the tube so the tip sits in line with the base of my nipple — my 9-week-old baby latches effectively and most of the time she does not seem to notice the tube is there. It does take practice but definitely gets easier the more you use it.The flow control valve can be a little fiddly to adjust precisely, but once it’s set, it works consistently. I haven’t had any issues with milk flow being too fast or too slow.I have seen others complain about cleaning in the comment, but I have found it fine and reused the tube multiple times already. First I run clean water through them, and use the brush provided to clean the larger tube. Sometimes I will also throw in my steam steriliser just for added good measure, but I always follow this up using a mini UV steriliser (the one that came with another product I own). I have had no issues with mould growing and have now been using for over a week. Note that the instructions recommend boiling. Everything feels well made and durable, and the storage case is useful - my only minor point is it's tricky to get everything back in there!Highly recommended for anyone combination feeding or struggling with low milk supply. It has helped me to continue breastfeeding - now my baby is getting more milk and we get to keep that special bond.

The opening of the tube is too small to fit the head of a syringe in, so it cannot be cleaned properly, so not a useable product unless you also have the squirty bottle that goes with it, which costs about £40

The idea of the product is brilliant! I used a tommeetippee bottle and tbh it worked fine. I made a slightly bigger hole and the tube when it. Would the proper bottle be easier? Probably. But it worked, once the milk was flowing it worked great. NOTE. It works better when held higher then nipple..My baby has a heart problem so weight gain isn’t the best but she loves the breast. Thought this would be good but she knew instantly there was something extra in her mouth. The tube isn’t the softest. And the tape is awful I ended up using masking tape.

I found this really helpful to increase my supply and support breastfeeding my twins when I needed a bit of support. Words of advice: the catheter is very thin so any undiluted formula will clog everything!! I ended up straining the formula before using but the best option to avoid clogging issues altogheter is to use ready made formula or expressed breastmilk.

I bought this item but the tube was smaller than expected. Now I want to return it but the website doesn’t allow me to return. It’s a waste of money. Don’t buy it.

Attempted this a few time and couldn’t get it to work with my son. I tried to suck it myself to test it out and took a fair bit of force! Bearing in mind I did not have the bottle that came with it but had used my own- maybe the bottle would have helped it work, but was too pricey for what it’s worth. Not that quick to clean either

Such an amazing idea but so hard to use with a newborn. Gave up as she couldn’t latch with the tube attached to my boob. Maybe I should try again now she’s 13 weeks old.
